− Please be aware that the hotel attempted to charge an additional amount at check-out. When I questioned and refused this charge, the staff double-checked it and confirmed that the additional payment was not applicable, so the request was cancelled. Unfortunately, my colleague was not aware of this situation and subsequently paid the same additional charge, even though it should not have been charged.
