+ Nichts. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war unpassierbar, mehrere Autos sind beim Versuch durchzukommen im Schlamm stecken geblieben. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme hat die Unterkunft kein bisschen Verständnis gezeigt und nicht mal einen Teil der Kosten erstattet. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders!! Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten!!! − Alles

+ Hands down the prettiest and most unique place we ever stayed at. The staff are incredible, the food delicious and dont get me started on the tents. You could hear the animals all night long, the tents are in the middle of the park so it doesnt get more unique then that. The tent is luxurious, clean and beautiful. 1000% would come back in a heartbeat!

+ Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente vicino al gate del parco. Accoglienza attima. − Da migliorare la colazione come un semplice caffe. La struttura necessità un ammodernamento. Migliorare la segnalazione della strada. Attenzione il nome registrato sul sito del parco è differente rispetto al nome della Lodge.

Très dépaysant, très confortable, très élégant très dépaysant, très confortable + -Le Lodge est complètement dans la nature. Le matin, un éléphant est venu tout près d’une tente, c’était une scène extraordinaire. -l’endroit du dîner est très élégant : une grande terrasse en bois. La chambre aussi. C’est romantique -Les managers et serveurs sont amicaux − Ce qui peut être amélioré : -la tente du personnel est situé juste derrière les Lodge, elle pourrait être un peu plus loin pour un peu plus de calme -quand on vient de l’entrée nord, Google Maps peut facilement se tromper parce qu’il faut traverser une rivière et il indique des gués qui n’existent pas. C’est plus un problème de Google map !
