A very nice place for a family holiday + Nice location at the beach, nice pools, good lunch and dinner. Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. − Poor refill at the breakfast buffet and the bad coffee at breakfast. Taxi recommendations by reception far to expensive!

Es el responsable del hotel y hace que todo sea familiar, fácil y sobre todo está pendiente en todo momento de cualquier imprevisto y pone a disposición de los clientes todas las facilidades que estén en sus manos − La calidad del buffet tanto del desayuno como de las cenas no es muy especial.

Todo bien hasta el check out. + Su tranquilidad. − El último día el check out era a las 10, y ni agua nos quisieron dar, tuvimos que decir que el primer día llegamos por la noche y que tampoco hicimos uso. Nos ignoraron. Después de preguntar varias veces nos dieron agua ya que el taxi venía a la 13h. El wifi fatal, las camas muy incómodas, y tampoco saben mucho inglés, el día anterior nos dijeron que el último día sin problemas podíamos incluso comer y luego nada . Está lejísimos de todo!

Très bel hotel au sud de Zanzibar + Hotel superbe avec une vue maginfique, des couleurs somptueuses à marée basse, deux très belles piscines (indispensables car les marées ne permettent pas la baignade dans de bonnes conditions dans la mer) ; chambre spacieuse, confortable, bien décorée et propre; nous avions une vue mer sublime ; personnel globalement très agréable − plats peu variés au restaurant; service très lent , mais c'est la norme à Zanzibar. La plage est propre devant l'hotel, mais juchée de détritus aux abords immédiats.

Piacevole e rilassante soggiorno + Bella struttura in stile africano, molto accogliente e super tranquilla..personale sorridente e gentile. Ambienti puliti e curati. Pasti di buona qualità e scelta. Serate musicali piacevoli e discrete (finivano presto, nessun disturbo per il riposo). Tramite la reception, abbiamo organizzato il Blu Safari ( bella esperienza!!) e anche il transfer per l' aeroporto. − Il mare...il fenomeno delle maree è bellissimo, uno spettacolo unico. Peccato che quando arrivava l' alta marea il mare diventava sporco, tanti detriti e plastica, schiuma gialla. Saremo state sfortunate con il periodo o le correnti, però non fare neanche un bagno è stato davvero spiacevole (certo, la colpa non è del resort)
