Stunning, peaceful, luxurious stay. + This place is absolutely stunning! A peaceful, luxurious haven where your every need is catered for. The staff are lovely, the fresh food and fresh juices fantastic. The pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers, it is lovely to listen to the rustle of palm fronds in the breeze and birds singing. There is a gorgeous seating area/ viewing platform safari style, and the bathrooms are beautiful. Highly recommended. − Nothing, all was perfect.

Tropical paradise with the best service! + Zen Boutique is such a peaceful place that feels like a tropical paradise! The bungalows are very big, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast with daily specials and all the à la cart options were amazing. Both the owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really put effort in giving you the best experience. Had an amazing stay! − Only downside is that the beds are not very comfortable in our opinion. It’s quite small (I’m only 1.70 but my feet reached over the end), rockhard matrasses and pillows and sheets not the most pleasant ones. Also the outdoor bathroom looks amazing but ofcourse brings a lot of insects and musquitto’s. Maybe adding some citronella candles in there would help? The resort is a bit further away from the main area/beach then I expected, but they do offer (paid) taxi service.

A little piece of paradise in Zanzibar, we loved every minute of our stay and would happily come ba + Everything was wonderful! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfasts and food were delicious, and the entire hotel had such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and MJ was especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. − Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The best trip and stay! + We absolutely loved our stay at Zen! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were also so helpful with recommendations, from the best local activities to delicious places to eat nearby. Their hospitality truly made our experience in Zanzibar even more special. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. We can’t wait to return to Zanzibar and visit Zen again! ❤️🌴✨ − we loved everything

An incredible escape in a beautiful setting + The staff and owner were incredibly welcoming and the hotel itself was so serene and peaceful. It is probably the nicest property I have stayed in after many years of travels in Africa. Izzy in particular was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. − Maybe more choice with the breakfast menu as it was just a little repetitive during my stay, but it was also delicious with fantastic ingredients.
