منتجع مناسب للاستجمام فعليا وليسى مجرد فندق وتجربه الافطار حقيقه لم اشاهدها في مكان اخر ابدا + الافطار لم يسبق لي مشاهده كمية تنوع وخيارات مثل الذي يقدمه المنتجع وجود حمام تركي وسونا وجم مجاني وجود مساج باشراف تركي وعاملات من مدينة بالي وهن ممتازات الانترنت ومواقف السيارات متوفره موقع المنتجع في شبه مرتفع ويخدم من اراد طربزون و جامع بن غازي وحيدر نبي الموظفين في جميع المرافق جميعهم دون استثناء خدومين جدا جدا − الفلل الاربع التابعة للمنتجع وادوارها العلويه VIP لا يتوفر بها مصاعد، اما المبنى الرئيسي ومرافق المنتجع فبها مصاعد

Exceptional Hotel & Unforgettable Service! + My stay at Sera Lake Hotel was perfect. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning location in Trabzon. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was the staff that made my stay truly special. They were the friendliest I've ever met.A staff member named Utku went above and beyond to help me when my car ran out of gas, personally taking me to the station and handling everything. It's rare to find a hotel this perfect in every way. Highly recommended − Truly nothing!
