A nervous system reset in a hotel stay. + We loved the immediate welcoming and the spa was divine. A much needed wellness stay. The relaxation room was so soothing to the nervous system.

Big disappointment − Why a hotel like this have 5 stars and is as expensive as top luxury 5 star hotel but fails to deliver high quality accommodation and service? Rooms with no AC, stuffy, airless. They say - it's because it's an old building - so what? There is AC in common areas - why not in the rooms? Breakfast far from great. Service staff still needs a lot of training.

בית חלומות על האגם + השרות,החיוך,יופי המקום,בריכה מעולה,הפתעת יומולדת לרעייתי (בתוספת קטנה) מתקני ספא וטיפולים ברמה גבוהה − מהלילה תקלה קטנה בהדלקת התאורה המרכזית בחדר שסודרה במהירות בזמן ארוחת הבוקר👌 היינו קומה ראשונה נוף לחצר ולא רואים את האגם כמעט מהחדר כמו משאר הקומות(לא נורא) החנייה במלון בתשלום

Čakali sme úroveň Kempinski .. nedostali sme + Dokonala lokalita, krasny vyhlad Prekrasny wellness Obsluha vo wellnese aj s barom Upratane perfektne Parkovanie priamo pri vchode Dezerty v lobby Moznost zakupenia cigár Dokonale koktejly vo wellnese aj so slušnou obsluhou a super pristupom − Hrozna recepcia , jedna z najneprijemnejších checkinov. Drzosť slečny a neprofesionalny pristup . Počas pobytu druha smena bola už naneporovnanie Obsluha v kaviarni , pomala nikto Vám nechodi nič ponuknúť druhy krat, pani čašníčka nevedela ani ponuknut ani predat ani asi nic . Raňajky v hoteli boli uplne lacné vajička , parky a pomaly vsetko len to čo dostanete v troj hviezdičkovom hoteli , popripade si mozete kupit Benedikty za 10eur … ked len Kempinski Budapest porovnam ake maju ranajky tak toto nam bolo obrovskym sklamanim. Za svoj život som návštivil vela cigar lounge ale taký som ešte naozaj nevidel ktorý by bol chodbou medzi hotelom a exitom vonku.

+ Das Personal und damit verbundene Service war hervorragender der frische Blumenschmuck, der im ganzen Haus verteilt war, fand ich super. Die die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig. − Es gab keine Dusche im Badezimmer. Nur eine Badewanne mit Brause. In der Preiskategorie erwarte ich etwas anderes. Dass es keine Klimaanlage gab, war in Ordnung. Aber es aber es fehlte ein Mückenschutz. Man konnte abends die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Hotel je na jedinečném místě s krásnými výhledy, dále bych vyzdvihl gastronomii, krásu samotného hotelu a přístup person + Místo, kde se hotel nachází, jedinečný pohled z wellness. − Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku
