Will never come back to this hotel again; unfriendly front office staffs and sink next to bed! + The only thing we liked was the comfy of the bed, cleanliness and location. Other than that, it was the worst stay we had! − Everything else was terrible! Especially the staff! Worst PR ever for a hotelier. Bad first impression when we checked in. Another guest was complaining as we were lining up next. Low occupancy that day and the next. They couldn't even extend a couple of hours late check out. The day shift staff immediately said cannot! She was very rude about it. For every hour past 12noon, they will charge SGD20/hour. But the night shift staff said okay for late check out at 1pm, but the next day when we reconfirmed with the day staff, he said not possible. Despite telling him that we were assured that an hour extra was okay FOC. No flexibility at all! Worst experience we had dealing with front office staff at hotel! Also; who puts a sink next to the bed! Sinks are supposed to …

Unclean. + Staff were nice. − This place is dirty. The bathroom was mouldy and in disrepair. There was some screwed-up ball of rubbish(?) near the sink when we checked in, and it was still there when we checked out. Something bit my wife on the face during the night, and there's a 12mm red mark a week later.

The stay was comfortable, the rooms were suitable for what we needed, and the hotel was a good base for a short trip. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worked well for our visit. − Nothing major to complain about. The stay was good overall.

Yikes, Mas a cama era boa. + É no centro da cidade mas só se pode considerar autocarro, o metro está sempre a cerca de 900m. − Muito más condições havia bolor em todos os quartos que alugamos (6) e alguns moveis estavam estragados, os quartos de casal mal têm espaço para entrar por pouco que as malas não cabiam no quarto, não estou a exagerar. O alarme de fogo tocou pelo menos isso funciona, não havia é fogo nenhum, ao descermos as escadas de emergência demos com a porta trancada para a rua... yikes... e depois lá conseguimos encontrar a porta para o lobby muito mal sinalizada.

We had to change our hotel because of the condition of the hotel + Nothing − The hotel room were very dirty and the air conditioning vent had mold on it. My 79 year old dad started to cough because of all the mold.
