Conveniently located with hard working and friendly staff, but could use some more attention to the little details. + Great location. Easy access to MRT, Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. − Rooms felt a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Two of the bed legs were broken, but this was rectified as soon as we brought it to the attention of the staff. The phone didn’t work, so couldn’t call the front desk. Toilet seat was loose and needed the lugs tightening. Not quite up to the 4 star rating.

Would not recommend at all. + The location, it is right next to the Outram Park MRT Station. − The toilet in our room had fresh poop stains waiting for us after check-in. The bedsheets were clean, but the set-up was sloppy with the pillows falling over and the bedsheet and blanket not tucked in.

was a disappointing stay. + near the MRT station − there were dark fungus molds at the washing basin. Do the housekeeping supervisors ever check the cleanliness of the room after it was cleaned? The lightings in the room are dim and hairdryer is too small for effective blow drying.

Absoultely amazing specially the staff at reception and housekeeping, specially the conceirge guy i think his name was M + The location was excllent − No complaints but suggestions : Lobby cleanliness could be better. The In-room dining option was missing which i feel is big drawback

A damp room we could live with; a hotel that lies in writing about a refund, we can’t. + Nothing worth mentioning. − AVOID…..The room had a strong damped smell on arrival, unlivable enough that we checked out within hours. Worse than the room itself: the hotel agreed to refund the two unused nights, confirmed it in writing twice, then denied it ever happened when Booking.com followed up directly. Multiple calls went unanswered. A maintenance issue is forgivable — a hotel that contradicts its own written word isn’t.
