⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 Stars if I could! + Our stay at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Everything was perfect — from the delicious food and wonderful variety of restaurants within the hotel, to the outstanding staff, impeccable cleanliness, and incredible attention to detail. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully the hotel catered even to the little ones. Every detail made us feel truly welcomed and cared for as a family. And the breakfast was simply amazing — such a wonderful selection, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a truly memorable experience. I honestly wished I could have extended our stay even longer! If I return to Singapore, Mandarin Oriental will definitely be my choice every single time. Wonderful hotel and I will visit again soon . + The Italian restaurant in the hotel was amazing . The hotel staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us . The breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable . The view from our room was mesmerising . The cleaners in the hotel did an excellent job − The only thing I would have have liked is instant coffee in the room instead of percolated but this is a very minor complaint . We could have just bought some but I kept forgetting. Everything else was perfect.

+ Very comfortable room and beds, tasy breakfast and nice pool. Staff was exceptional throughout our stay. − It's not the easiest to get to the MRT from the hotel (though taxis are readily available).

First time I stayed 7 nights. Second time four nights. There won't be a next time. + People at breakfast. I am a returning custommer and they recognized me and were very friendly. − Staff at the reception. Not helpful at all. I had a double bed and they couldn't switch it to a king size. I asked for a late checkout and had to request this every day. At the end, I did manage to get a late checkout, but I had to pay for half a day. My toilet was clugged. The food at the lunch buffet wasn't as good as it used to be a couple of years ago. One day I had the no disturb sign on, but they still called me.

最高 + 朝食のバイキングは種類が多く、食べてみたいシンガポール料理が試せることがよかったです。種類が多いので数日宿泊しても全部試すことはできないので、飽きるこもないと思いました。 プールも最高でした。5階にあるため少し風があることもよかったです。日焼け止めローションを部屋に忘れてきても置いてあったので助かりました。 高級ホテルなのに、敷地内にブランド店がないことや、子供やお年寄りにも優しいところが好感が持てました。 − 部屋の窓のロールカーテンの閉め方がわかりにくかったです。
