عادي جدًا ويعتبر غالي على الاثاث والخدمة − الموقع غير الصور الاضاءه اسوأ والاثاث مختلف تمامًا وقدين وغير متناسق والنظافه ماكانت أفضل شيء، عمال النظافه ماينظفون لين انا ادق عليهم واكلمهم حتى لو حطيت علامه كلين للغرفه ماتتنظف لين ادق .. المكيف كان خربان!! وقعدنا ربع ساعه ننتظرهم يعدلونه، ياخذون قيمة مضافه إذا طلبتو فراش زياده ! مع ان 90٪ من الفنادق يوفرون هالخدمه مجانًا خصوصًا انه مايعتبر فايف ستار نظرًا للاثاث والخدمة والنظافة

We will NEVER stay here again. + Location to the Haram and Almasjid Alqatari however, it is not closed to shops and restaurants. − The parking spaces were very limited. The customer service and response time were also unsatisfactory. For example, the staff called me and knocked on my door at 1:00 a.m. because they had missed my online request, submitted at 4:00 p.m., to have the room cleaned.kids swimming pool is in charge not free( mentioned on tiny line)

Good + Breakfast should have more continental options, staff was good. Feels nearby to haram if you can afford taxi. Overall good experience. Cleaninless is just okay. − Breakfast has more Arabic options rather continental
