An excellent, peaceful, and highly comfortable stay with a wonderful view of the Haram. + An excellent experience overall. The room was very comfortable, clean, and provided a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The stunning view of the Haram courtyard made our time here truly special, and the location was very convenient for daily prayers. − Nothing significant to mention. Everything went smoothly during our stay.

A wonderful experience + The experience was amazing, there was great attention to small details, everything was provided in the room, when requesting an extra item this was attended to really quickly I didn't have to wait long, I lost an item and it was kept safe for me for when I returned in the dedicated lost and found. The room was clean and the view of the masjid was beautiful, location was very close to the masjid less than 5 min walk. I would definitely come back again. − The lifts get busy during prayer times so it's a bit of a wait but compared to everything else this is a small inconvenience.

فندق نظيف وسعر ممتاز وموقع ممتاز + الموقع جدا ممتاز وقريب من الحرم وكل شي وموظفين الاستقبال جدا بشوشين ومتعاونين بشكل ممتاز جدا واشكر الاخوان بالاستقبال واشكر الاخ المصري مشرف المطعم مع الاسف ماخذت اسمه كنت مع والدتي في وقت الافطار ووفر لنا طاوله و بلغني ان حساب الوالده مجاني مع ان غرفتي غير شامله الافطار. ويشكر على هذا التعامل والتعاون . − فقط بطىء وازدحام المصاعد

بشكل عام كانت إقامتنا ممتعة وكان موظفو الاستقبال في غاية اللطف كما كانت استجابة موظفو النظافة سريعة + - يتمتع موظفو الاستقبال بالتعاون واللطف. - الاستجابة السريعة لأي طلب وخصوصا من طاقم التنظيف، مشرف الغرف (محمدعباس وعمر فاروق)، وعامل النظافة المميز (محمد نوبكول). - قرب الفندق للحرم النبوي وأماكن التسوق. − - لا يمكن ضبط التكييف، فدرجات الحرارة ثابتة مهما تغيرت درجات التحكم في منظم الحرارة. - لا يوجد ماء ساخن بما يكفي في دورات المياه. - التهوية سيئة في دورات المياه.

شكراً فندق إعمار ايليت المدينة + فندق مميز صراحة بداية من الاستقبال من الموظفة شهد وحامل الحقائب مد غولامب واستقبال المطعم للاسف ما تذكرت اسم الموظف لكن الطاقم كلهم مميزين وجودة وتنوع الافطار وموقع الفندق قريب جداً من صلاة النساء في الحرم − لا يوجد
