Very pleasant stay very clean and staff are amazing + The kind and professional approach of each and every person working in this hotel. The system guest waiting location for rooms to be ready 10/10. Everyone and eveything is the best !!! I highly recommend to my friends hotel maden − It’s very close to masjid nabawi I was fortunate enough to get a view of the mosque from my room

The service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and very understanding. They were kind, patient, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything was organised perfectly. I felt very welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and genuinely caring staff. 5 stars — truly an excellent experience! It’s is 4 star hotel but service is 5 star. − Nothing

إقامة ممتازة + نظافة الغرف الجناح المساحة رائعة والتكيف بارد جدا الاطلالة على جبل أحد المطعم متنوع ويلبي كل الاذواق المصاعد كثيرة المواقف واسعة للسيارات − توجد رسوم على المواقف عالية لسكان الفندق ياريت يتم تخفيضها للمنتصف حيث انا ادفع يوم كامل ولا اجلس يوم

Exceptional family stay near the Haram! + Maden Hotel is easily one of the best places to stay in Madinah. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—they even offered us complimentary refreshments while we waited to check in. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which made traveling with family seamless. The location couldn't be better; it is just a short, easy walk to the Haram and right near the main gate. To top it off, the daily breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again! − Everything is perfect only have limited staff for room service, but overall everything is perfect.
