+ Location was fine. We had available robes and slippers − Major safety hazards, staff incompetence, and zero peace – Avoid if traveling with kids The only slight positives were the scenic location and clean surfaces, but this stay was an absolute disaster from a safety, maintenance, and service standpoint. Child Safety Hazards: The outdoor wooden playground by the restaurant terrace is an accident waiting to happen. It sits on 2.5-meter-high stilts directly over solid concrete pavers with no impact-absorbing surface. Worse, part of the railing has horizontal bars that act like a ladder for toddlers to climb over, while management simply plasters "use at your own risk / no responsibility" signs everywhere to wash their hands of liability. Dangerous Staff Incompetence: Our 3-year-old accidentally triggered the privacy latch on the digital door lock, locking us out. We were given zero prior instructions about how this lock worked. The receptionist sent us on multiple useless trip…

+ I was with my family 2 adults and 2 children. We liked everything except the spa hygiene and the toilet space − The swimming pool at the spa had a lot of human hair inside and the vital space at the WC it was very small.we are not oversized but even like that it was at the limit.

+ Idealne miejsce na doskonały wypoczynek! Strefa spa, jacuzzi olbrzymie! Świetna restauracja,jedzenie pyszne i obfite! Śniadanie do wyboru bardzo smaczne. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna Polecamy! można naprawdę wypocząć w tym obiekcie,pospacerować wokół i skorzystać ze strefy spa.

+ Las vistas de la habitacion − El spa parece la piscina municipal niños buceando en el jacuzzi muchisima gente mucho alboroto sin control es una pena porque la instalacion es grande y podria estar muy bien pero necesita algo de orden

Angenehmes Hotel + Es ist schön ruhig mit dem Wald nebendran und der Spa-Bereich ist gut (wenn auch nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand). Das Frühstück war gut und groß. − Um's Haus herum wurde Feuer gemacht in den Hütten und es hat leider die ganze Zeit so nach Rauch gestunken, dass man nicht lüften konnte. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hat relativ unappetitliche Flecken gehabt, die wohl nicht mehr raus gehen, dieser sollte gewechselt werden.
