+ They value the guest. They have prepared a welcome cake for my baby whonis celebrating her 2nd birthday. They even allow us for a late check out until 3pm.

إقامة جيدة جدا فقط اهتمام ببركة السباحة من حيث اضافة التكييف + سهولة تسجيل الدخول ومرونة المغادرة مؤخرًا وشكر خاص لموظفي الاستقبال خاصة الأستاذ عين الأردني − حمام السباحة يحتاج اهتمام اكثر من ناحية ان يكون مكيف وتنقية المياة فيها نسبة تعكير بسيطة

Wonderful place for staycation + We liked the ambience and location of the hotel. Hospitable staff. Good Indoor pool which was a plus point for the stay during summer. − There was a slight delay in room service however it has not impacted on our overall stay experience. Also the coffee machine malfunction was not attended in time at Satsuma restaurant.
