Escapada cultural y gastronomica en pareja + La ubicacion excepcional y el desayuno en la habitacion. − Estuvimos alojados 3 dias , 2 noches y no nos hicieron la habitacion. Cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que no les habia dado tiempo.

Would use again but another room. Beatrice in reception was most helpful. + Very central and easy access, building is deceiving from the outside, but once in and up the stairs , very impressive. − The property was great overall, but our twin room was a bit too small when the breakfast trolley was in, a bit uncomfortable trying to eat breakfast. Breakfast was excellent.

Muy agradable estancia + Buenísima ubicación en el centro de Oporto, la atención por parte del personal fue excelente, muy limpio y muy buen desayuno llevado a la habitación. El detalle de la merienda con bizcocho y café por las tardes fue muy agradable. − Al ser un edificio histórico no tiene ascensor.

Mejoría de la estancia en Porto + El trato del personal. Desde el primer momento nos atendieron para ver si podían facilitarnos las cosas en la llegada, pudimos dejar el equipaje para hacer turismo tanto a la llegada como a la salida. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien y el formato, aunque pensábamos que sería más confuso, fue bueno. − Para próximas reformas un ascensor vendría genial.

Bellissimo hotel e super centrale, personale gentilissimo + La struttura era super pulita e in un’ottima zona. Colazione ottima servita in camera e varia nel pomeriggio zona spuntino. Inoltre noi dovevamo andare via prima in mattinata e hanno trovato un modo per farci recapitare la colazione in un orario non previsto. Super gentili − Le pareti un pò sottili…
