Exceeded expectations - 5 * + We stayed as a family of 4 in room 111. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotless. The balcony and view made the holiday. Every employee we met were helpful and professional. The surf school was just wonderful from arranging lessons to the teachers. Yoga was great fun too. There is a small gym, great restaurant and some really lovely communal areas, we loved the walk down to the beach. Ericiera is just beautiful, the beaches, the walks and views. We can’t wait to go back and stay at you and the sea!

Extended family - happy on trip! + Unbelievable that this hotel/serviced apartments has such amazing service. Its location is great - there is a garden area across from reception with a playground. Pool, skate park, and a path to the beach. 15 minute walk into town. You and the sea accommodated my extended family and my toddlers so well. Each family member was impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of the food, the smiles on the faces of the staff, and the overall stay. Thank you you and the sea!

Gostamos muito + Excelente localização, pequeno-almoço muito bom e variado, hotel muito kids friendly com imensos brinquedos nas piscinas e sala de brinquedos muito bem equipada, estacionamento subterrâneo para os hospedes, ficamos no apartamento com 2 quartos - espaçoso e com tudo o que é necessário. Almoçamos e jantamos no restaurante Jangada e gostamos. − A piscina exterior é mais longe e necessário atravessar a estrada, são 3 contentores pequenos mas suficiente para as crianças, pequeno para os adultos. Poucas espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina exterior. O bar da piscina exterior também esteve sempre fechado.

Friendly staff, apartment was huge and the breakfast is worth having. + Great restaurant, spa, sauna, steam and gym. I only used the spa and restaurant. The little pools are nice and perfect for young families. We had teenagers so wasn’t too bothered as we were mostly at the beach. Beach was nice and close. − The windows in our room were a little dirty but not a big deal. Really can’t think of many negatives

Really enjoyed our stay at You and the Sea + We arrived to friendly staff at reception. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade from 2 bed to 3 bed apartment with sea views. The beds were extremely comfortable, was surprising to have cleaners offer to come every day to make the beds etc. myself and daughter visited the spa for a masssge. Sandra was truly amazing and very skilled at her job. Thoroughly recommend it. We decided to have the hotel breakfast and I’m pleased we did. There was a lot To choose from, pastries, cheeses, ham, fruit, yoghurt and then you can order eggs anyway you like. We ate for lunch at the hotel restaurant twice and again it was delicious. The walk into town is around 10 min. It’s a lovely walk along the coastline and into the old town where we found enough restaurants to choose from. Family and friends adventures for all! + We had such a wonderful experience visiting as a family with a few friends. With kids as young as 3 and adults as old as 64, there was something for everyone in the intentionally designed space! Our toddler loved playing in the kids space, the pools and chasing the birds around. We utilized happy hours, live music, dinners, surf lessons and rentals and beach time. The food views and rooms were all fantastic!

Perfect Family Stay by the Sea in Ericeira + We had a wonderful stay in Ericeira. The location is perfect, very close to the sea, and the town centre is easily accessible on foot in about 12 minutes. The apartment was spacious, bright and very comfortable for a large family. We especially loved the beautiful terrace with sun loungers and the different swimming pools, which were absolutely fantastic. Having a surf school directly on site was a huge plus. The coaches were amazing, very friendly and professional, and made the whole surf experience even better. The staff throughout the property were very welcoming and helpful. A few areas, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, could benefit from some refreshing and updating, but whenever we had a technical issue, the maintenance team was extremely responsive and dealt with it quickly.
