+ Stayed for one night. Acceptable. The apartment is in good condition and clean. The building and the area are quite ordinary, Soviet buildings renovated only from the inside (appartments).

Servicio de recepcion nefasto. + Me preguntaron hora de llegada y les informe de que el avión aterrizaria en Varsovia a las 19. Me respondieron que si no habia nadie en recepción me enviarian indicaciones para acceder al apartamento pero no lo hicieron. Llegué al edificio a las 20 horas. En el telefonillo ponia que la recepcion era en en apartamento 10. Llame durante 15 minutos sin respuesta. Al entrar un vecino entré con el y subí al apartamento 10. Al llamar no contestaban. En la puerta indicaba que debia llamar a un móvil de Polonia. Intenté llamar por whatsapp pero no contestaron. Tras media hora llego un vecino al que pedí que llamase y esta vez si contestaron y me dieron las claves. Entre al apartamento a las 21.20. A las 21.30 me enviaron un correo con las claves. Mientras esperaba traté de ponerme en contacto con hoteles.com pero el sistema de respuesta automática del chat me decía que no podía solucionar el problema y no encontré un teléfono al que poder llamar. + Ein sehr schönes, kleines und sauberes Appartement mitten in Warschau! Super Lage- viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kurze Wege zu Metro, Bus und Bahn. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Très bien ! + Malgré une petite erreur dans l'annonce, corrigée depuis, les propriétaires ont été très commerçants et ont tout arrangé aussitôt. L'appartement était grand, moderne, très propre et complètement équipé, j'ai apprécié. Très facile de rejoindre l'hyper centre, soit à pieds (20 min) soit en tram à 3 arrêts. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, je recommande sans réserve.

+ Nous avons vécu une expérience particulière, un voyage dans le temps ! ambiance post soviétique avec des portes grillagées dans les parties communes, porte de cave pour l'appartement. Immeuble austère mais entouré d'immeubles complètement défraîchis. Et tout ça à 1 rue du centre des affaires et de grands axes de circulation. Impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Prix bien trop élevé pour les prestations. Par contre, c'était propre, le lit était confortable et nous avions 2 grandes bouteilles d'eau offertes, du café capsule et du thé à volonté

+ Nice apartment. Great location. Nice lady in the office. She walked with us to our apartment. Very clean. We got a room with a kitchen. Close to the main avenues. Apartment is located in front of a mall. Very good experience.

+ located near train station. These are apartments. Each floor has a security gate and then each apartment has a big door lock, made me feel the apartment was secure, not sure if the neighborhood was the best. One item that was misleading on Expedia was that there was parking. Parking is street parking and pay the machine. There is no garage.
