Tolles Hotel in Krakow + Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet, Frühstück sehr gut und der Service (besonders Agnieszka an der Rezeption) ausgezeichnet. Ebenfalls gut funktioniert hat das Parken unseres Autos nebenan im Parkhaus. Lage direkt an der Altstadt. − Alles in Ordnung

Stanze pulite dotate di aria condizionata e frigo, personale della reception gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione con più scelta salata rispetto alla dolce − La vasca da bagno al posto della doccia, ma per qualche giorno non è un problema

+ Położenie hotelu przy rynku do duży plus. Przejście na rynek to 5 minutowy spacer w pięknej części miasta. Śniadania pyszne: coś na słodko coś na słono. Kawa pyszna.

Posizione e Colazione Ottime! + L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima. Vicinissimo al centro città, alla stazione e al centro commerciale Galleria Krakowska. La colazione molto buona, sia la parte salata che dolce. I letti molto comodi. − La camera tripla un po' piccola per tre persone. Non tutto il personale dell'albergo è super gentile, dipendeva dalla singola persona.

Highly recommend. A quiet hotel but so close to everything. + Everything great! Spacious room for a family of four. A short walk to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and old town. So many food options to choose from! We didn’t need to take any public transport, everything we needed was within walking distance. Breakfast was great, lots of different options available, the kids loved it. The host was wonderful, she organised the Auschwitz tour and all transportation we didn’t have to do anything except show up!

Na pewno przy kolejnym pobycie w Krakowie z przyjemnością wrócimy właśnie w to miejsce😊 + Przemiła obsługa w recepcji i houskeepingu, estetycznie, czysto, fajna lokalizacja, śniadania-widać, że wszystko przygotowywane na miejscu: masło, ciepłe bułki, cynamonki itp, widać dbałość o szczegóły. − Śniadania mimo, że smaczne mogłyby być odrobinę bogatsze, mały wybór "na ciepło"
