+ ロケーションは良かった。Megamallの前に立地していたので、買い物には便利だった。 − 設備が古く、メンテナンスが行き届いていない。またゴキブリが出るなど、ペストコントロールが不十分。

Not satisfied. − Lots of cockroach. All extra like toiletries has additional costs. Kitchenwares are available only per request, it should be available in every room not per request.

+ The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the front desk to the people who made up the rooms, perfect. The room is huge and the beds comfortable. A good size dining table and chairs. The location is excellent − I could not get the hot water to work.
