+ Ongoing noise round the clock from the industrial work being done next door. Metal being dropped and yelling of voices

+ affordable, clean, location − somewhat dilapidated (like pillows and towels have holes) the needing to sign a waiver that you damaged this and that and you will pay for it, but it is a blank checklist (i guess this is for the protection of the hotel, but still scary) No windows (there is a window, but you could only see a white wall)

Good! + Location and delicious breakfast! − Shower is wasting a lot of water. Save money by changing it. The restroom needs a fresh touch. Needs fixing.
