Our Azumi’s choice among the multiple hotels and Airbnb In Alabang was the wisest choice I made. It gave everything in + Centrally located near the malls and restaurants. Clean and the staff are very nice and pleasant and courteous. Breakfast reasonably priced and food delicious. − None

It was relaxing still + They were able to do my request by putting a bday message for my bf − Requested for bottled water 9pm on last night of stay via whatsapp but did not receive a response and no water was provided until we checked out the next day. Room beside us was very noisy as well on out first night

Very well done 👍👍 + The location Is perfect, near malls and no dogs around the property. I work in Marriott and i have to say i was very satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the cleaners of the room. Very well done . − No bed side desk lamp.

It met expectations but the issue with the water heater issue I don't want to come back. + I liked how spacious the room was and how nice and attentive the staff were! The lobby was nicely decorated too! − It took a long time for the water to heat! In previous hotels I'd been at, you didn't have to manually change the heater temp like you would need to here and only needed to use the faucet knobs for changing temp.

We enjoy our stay, a homey hotel for us. + Kind staff and clean hotel. We are allowed for an early check-in. Room is spacious. Swimming pool is fine, breakfast is quiet expensive for us. My kids enjoy their room − Water for refill is located downstairs, it is much better if provided more bigger complementary water or an extra bottle of water if not bottled.
