Good food and good service + The Phoenix Court has delicious food and the staff are very attentive. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, and we especially appreciated how proactive and accommodating the staff were in attending to our requests. Special mention to Kuya Richard! The overall experience during our stay was nothing extravagant. The hotel is quite old, and unfortun + The door to our room was very difficult to open and could not properly close. When we arrived, we had to call maintenance to assist us, and it took more than 30 minutes just to slightly fix the issue. Even after the adjustment, we still had to exert a lot of effort to open and close the door. The door was also very loud whenever we tried to open or close it, which could potentially disturb guests in nearby rooms. Thankfully, there were no guests staying immediately beside us at the time. We also requested a late check-out, but unfortunately, our request could not be accommodated due to an expected bulk check-in. Although we were a little disappointed that they could not accommodate our request, we completely understand the situation. Overall, I hope the door issue can be properly addressed for future guests, as it affected our convenience and comfort during our stay. − same …
