+ L’emplacement idéal pour prendre le bus tôt le matin ( à 2 minutes à pieds) pour monter au machu pichu − L’établissement est très bien mais la ville d’agua calientes a peu d’intérêt

Will not recommend, especially for older folks. + Breakfast was good. − We were on the 5th floor. Too many stairs, twists and turns, even after taking the elevator. The steps were so uneven and we had to walk carefully to make sure we didn't trip and fall. Worst is the only elevator broke after the 1st day and we carried our heavy luggage all the way down!

Fun and unique place to stay with easy access to everything you need. + The rooms are spacious and unique. Our room had an upstairs, a porch with a view, a kitchen and a big bathroom. This was more space than we needed or expected and it felt like we were in an apartment. There is breakfast included starting at 5am which is a bonus for those early morning buses to Machu Picchu. We were able to store our luggage the day we arrived and the day we left while we toured the ruins. There is a pool which I wasn't expecting but we didn't use it although I could see how that would be relaxing at the end of a long day. It's right off the main square and an easy walk to restaurants, stores, the bus and train stations etc. − It's loud since the train goes right by until late in the night and the windows are thin, almost like porch doors. However, Aguas Calientes is small and next to the train so I imagine all of the town is loud and that might not be unique to this hotel.

Thought we lost our keypad at one point and we’re going to be charged $10 to replace it since they only have one per roo + Great location and nice staff − Run down and dingey. Some parts were renovated and clean others were not at all.

ni + el desyuno safaba y la ubicación muy comoda. − fueron 3 habitaciones en una no habia agua caliente un dia , otra era como un quincho en el ultimo piso con mal acceso, cortinas rota en la habitación 201 , olor en la recepción.

Wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again. + The breakfast was excellent. − I love the hotel design. It looks like an Escher print.

Too expensive. No privacy, no maintenance for a long time + View is more or less ok − The catacombs of the buildings - up and down, right, left, upstairs, then left and downstairs to find your room. The floor was dusty. There were no locks on the toilet door. There was a window to the corridor with transparent curtains- not a great experience in terms of privacy
