Not for me and never again. + This place isn’t for me and I think some reviews overlook a lot of imperfections. It did start well! We had to change some names on the reservation and this was helped by a great worker at the front desk. This happened a few months before check in. However, when we checked in, Martín was about as useful as a chocolate kettle. Wrong information was given and he also informed us we had TWO reservations for the same dates. He was adamant we had 2. It was odd why I’d book 2 for the exact same time. I questioned it and looked at all my bookings. Now we’re in July, and he was referring to another I have (now had) booked in December. Clearly he didn’t look closely enough. If you can’t tell the difference between different months, Pullman has some serious staff issues. Talking of staff, I saw reception, restaurant and security staff on their personal phones far too often! Sure, we’re all guilty of it. But at work? In front of guests? Not for me. Needless to s…

Friendly and ready + I approached the Front Desk and these two Gentleman Rodrigo an Irvin were outspoken and outgoing by providing me what I asked for. Very calm and friendly! I would say they will assist you all the way!

Our experience at Pullman San Isidro Peru + It was an awesome experience. Gabriel has been the perfect host. He made sure we had our meals the way we requested knowing that as Jamaicans we normally have our meals well done. My experience was worth it thanks to his help. No matter what we needed even if it wasn't food related he would always aids us. Thanks you Gabriel our trip was worth every penny. We love you Gabriel ❤️ 😍 💖

A girl from Jamaica + I stay at the pullman lima san isidro room 445 my house cleaner was exceptional don't remember is name Antonio at the bar so nice and sociable Daniel at the restaurant fabulous allways checking on us overall all the staff i got in contact with was welcoming warm you feel at home i would definitely come back but the hotel needs some activity i give it a 4 star because no activity but overall it was great definitely recommended
