excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were welcoming and friendly + close to cbd and welcoming of the staff

Unhappy and uncomfortable. + Location and price. − Staff communication, uncomfortable and bed, pillow, and blankets. Smelly room.

− TV was not working properly the first night. No phone in the room to ring reception. Mould in bathroom above shower. Shower is a bit tight for room.

− The bathroom floor was covered in long brown hairs that were not ours! It showed the bathroom hadn't been vacuumed or mopped before we got the room.

Clean & comfortable rooms + The room was spacious & clean with a great kitchenette. Just what we wanted on our first & last night's in NZ. − There's not a lot around that location in the way of restaurants & shops, but it's handy to get to & from Hamilton airport.

Did the job for one night + Spa bath although the switch was so far from the actual bath. − I didn't have more cooking facilities eg oven top. Not enough open spaces eg windows, balcony

Perfect central Hamilton location + Great location, good parking, EXTREMELY clean!! − Not a full set of cutlery or plates, cups or glasses. Wasn’t a major issue though. ( might be if there was more people staying)

+ The hot tub was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and spacious. Clean and tidy − The bed wasn't very comfortable, both my wife and I had trouble getting to sleep. It was quite hard
