Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! + Zimmer schön, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut! Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit!! − Die Reinigung hätte besser sein können… Insektenleichen, die von Ameisen teilbeseitigt wurden, wurden über 3 Tage nicht beseitigt.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen + Die kleine Lodge mit 10 Zimmern ist modern ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und den Gästen zugewandt. Man nimmt sich Zeit für einen Smalltalk und Ausflugstip. Das Restaurant wartet mit einer ausgezeichneten Küche auf. Das Haus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Abel Tasman Nationalpark, Bootstouren auf der Tasmansee und den Besuch dee nördlichsten Punktes der Südinsel. − Es ist übertrieben, dies als „nicht gefallen“ zu bezeichnen, aber dass es am Morgen kein Buffet gibt, sondern man sich aus verschiedenen Frühstücktsvarianten eine aussuchen muss (Eier, Tomaten mit Mozzarella, warmes Herzhaftes mit Würstchen, Müsli, …) ist zumindest ungewohnt.

Would highly recommend + Location, size of rooms, comfort, lovely staff and great food ( breakfast and dinner) good wine list. Nice and quiet. Good information about what to do in the area. − Not much, ambient music was at times a little intrusive, and it would have been nice if there had been a safe in the room

+ The staff couldn’t have been more helpful- we were a motley crew, travelling with a very young baby, vegans and a non shed dog- all were gracefully accommodated. The food was delicious, we were all happy. Quality decor, including very good sheets, hard to find. Lovely location across from a beautiful beach. − The hot tub was below recommended temperature one day.
