A spacious and comfortable stay in a great city location. + The room was great. Even though it was a studio had a separate bedroom, lounge area, Kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. − The property was great. The staff were helpful, although the interactions could have felt a little warmer and more welcoming.

+ The location was in the CBD accessible to shopping, the Queens Wharf and city attractions. The rooms were spacious and allowed for my family to relax comfortably after exploring the city. 10/10. Having a washing machine and dryer was excellent to have on hand! − Nothing

+ Location, size of the apartment, ease of access, room was clean and ready on time, personal washer/dryer was a big plus, patio was nice and had decent views. Staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Tea in the lobby and the sitting area. − The oven didn't work, and the kitchen was lacking/limited in its utensils and cooking supplies. There were 2 staff in particular that seemed like they didn't like their jobs at all, the rest were great though. The heat pump didn't seem to work either but we used the radiators/space heaters supplied instead to make up for the chill(stayed in early Aug). Dyer vented into the bathroom, so little bits of lint were everywhere. We needed a larger rental van having many suitcases and parking was challenging, not recommended for large vehicles if planning to park on site; not exactly a con, this is to be expected in the city but something to be aware of.
