+ Lokalizacja, centrum miasta blisko port i Aker Brygge. Duży przestronny pokój z dużym łózkiem. Duża łazienka. Czystość. Praktycznie nie było słychać hałasów z ulicy - samochodów czy dzwonów z pobliskiego ratusza. − Na dzień dobry - dodatkowe autoryzowanie karty płatniczej jako zabezpieczenie ewentualnych zniszczeń - zostałem potraktowany jak potencjalny wandal, który niszczy mienie, to tak jakby każdego kupującego w sklepie przeszukiwać przy wyjściu, bo może coś ukradł - traktowanie jak złodzieja. Nie działająca prawidłowo klimatyzacja, pomimo ustawienia grzania w zbyt chłodnym pomieszczeniu, nadal leciało chłodne powietrze. Glośny szum wentylacji wyciągowej przeszkadzający w nocy w spaniu. Niewygodne za miękkie łózko. Ostatniej nocy bolał mnie kręgosłup.

Good location for Oslo visit + Good central location for a visit to Oslo. Paid car parking available underground (separate management, not hotel). Just be aware of the limited height.

Price of a 4 star hotel, quality of a 2 star + The room was nice and big, but it was way too hot. The AC was working, but the room temperature was always around 25 C. The statt was very nice, and it's very centric. − For such an expensive and high rated hotel, I was expecting better. The breakfast didn't have many options, and it was always the same (I've been in cheaper hotels in the same city with much better breakfast). The wifi was really bad, it kept disconnecting (although they gave me the password to another one). The outlets of one side of the bed did not work. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

+ Location is great, breakfast superb. − Need grab bars in bathroom, need bath mat as water escapes from showers. Made it dangerous for my elderly parents.

Enjoyable but the ventilation droning away was a bit of a problem at night time + Location was fantastic. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Bed was very comfortable. And facilities were fine and staff were very helpful and friendly. − They have two air conditioning systems in the room. One can be controlled as per your preferences. However the second is a universal system for the building, which drones away without any off switch.

Stanza abbastanza ampia e confortevole, colazione di buona qualità e scelta. − La camera aveva la finestra oscurata sulla corte interna dell' hotel (zona colazione). Nessun problema per una notte ma per soggiorni più lunghi ma questa sensazione di stare in una cabina di nave da crociera potrebbe non essere accettata da tutti
