+ Moderne, calme, chambre bien aménagée − La chambre n’était pas prête à ….21h30 ! Nous avons attendu au bar. En demandant si nous pouvions garder notre chambre jusqu’à 15h00, ce qui aurait été une correcte compensation, la réponse fut oui, avec 50 euros de supplément. Pas très commercial ni agréable

Worst Hilton experience ever + The room, the view and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel − In all my years of travel, I have never witnessed such utter disregard for basic customer service. Three of the front desk staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent. You expect a certain standard of professionalism from Hilton, but this experience fell catastrophically short. Unacceptable on every level.
