+ Atención del personal. Instalaciones en general. − Reserve habitación en área exclusiva para adultos. Hasta mi llegada me informaron que estaba en remodelación. Me asignaron habitación en otra ubicación que resultó ser muy ruidosa por el tránsito de personal con carritos de servicio desde muy temprano. Para mí mala suerte una cubierta de registro justo cerca de mi habitación estaba floja y a toda hora ( incluso de madrugada) se escuchaba un golpe cuando caminaban por ahí, hasta el último día me percate de dónde venía el ruido y lo reporte a un empleado. La playa en teoría debe ser muy bonita, pero el sargazo empeoró la experiencia. Por lo tanto mi estancia no fue lo que esperaba..

fue una estancia agradable pero no de 10 + habitaciones bien el centro de reservas no fue muy eficiente ya que se hicieron peticiones antes de acudir al hotel y jamas respondieron los mails, no incluyeron a mis hijos en la reserva, − la comunicacion entre dreams tulum y booking

El Hotel Tulum está lejos de ser SUEÑO esperado + La atención amable atenta y cordial del personal La habitación amplia y luminosa La belleza natural del entorno − El déficit de personal, con sus consecuencias : - el servicio de aseo insuficiente y tardío, - largas esperas para ingresar a comedores desde el desayuno La imposibilidad de ingresar al mar por falta de mantención de la playa ( otros Resort, incluso el Dreams de Cancún mantienen metros de plays limpio de zargaso lo que permite bañarse en el mar) El Buffet se repite diariamente La empresa de tours que da servicios en Hotel, no cumplió con una visita a Valladolid, incluida en Tours a Chichenitzá

Se o hóspede não for muito exigente, vale a pena! + Os jardins são muito bem cuidados. A equipe é muito prestativa e acolhedora. O responsável pela academia, inclusive, é muito dedicado. A comida era boa, mas nada de espetacular. − Nosso apartamento era antigo, aliás quase todo o resort. Divulgam vários restaurantes a disposição, mas nunca tivemos mais do que dois numa noite. A praia estava cheia de algas e em nenhum dia ocorreu limpeza na área. Em alguns espaços, como onde serviam sorvetes, faltavam cuidados com a higiene. Em nosso quarto encontramos cabelos no box do banheiro.

Mala + No la verdad que no fue lo que yo esperaba − El personal súper mal pensé que por ser mexicana se portarían un poco más amable ,los restaurantes siempre tenían lista de espera para nosotras y el turista americano miramos como lo atendían atentos que triste saber que no haiga un trato igual ya que estamos en México pensando que pasaremos unas vaciones amenas y pagar algo que no pudimos disfrutar ,la albercas las cerraban súper templano y aparte no fueron las habitaciones que reservé la verdad cuando compren por internet sersiorense que todo sea como lo venden
