Regular + Es un hotel cómodo, las habitaciones son decentes. − El servicio no es el mejor, los restaurantes son muy limitados, tienen horarios muy cortos, la ubicación de las habitaciones es terrible, solo había 1 ascensor para todos los huéspedes. Los anuncios que tienen en internet sobre habitaciones beach-front son falsas, igual los horarios de bar y restaurante.

Poor experience + Hotel was overrated for the experience, service was terrible and food poor, my room was dusty and the staff can be rude. I had to constantly ask where to go, no guideline on the first arriving day , they are More worry to get you on one of the “talks” and if you do not agree they move to the next. The service was not as the Mexico excellence we always get, to be a Dreams this is very poor quality. Elevators constant not working and make it more walk than necessary, buffet food it’s out for a long time no replacements, sorry but not coming back

Dreams Bahia Mita + For being a newer resort we were suprised to find some areas still under construction and incomplete. We found the options at the spa to be limited and overpriced. The waterpark was ok and so were the swimming pools, but they weren't exceptional. The ocean and the beach area, although small, was very pretty. The evening entertainment was very plain. We didn't like the sales team that were trying to sell memberships. We liked the restaurants and the food was great. Our room was very spacious and we loved the connecting rooms for our kids staying next door.

Beautiful Resort with Outstanding Staff + We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would absolutely come back! The entire property was exceptionally clean—everywhere we went was spotless, from the rooms to the pools and common areas. The staff was amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which really made our trip even better. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of variety, and we rarely had to wait for a table or our meals. The pools were also very clean and enjoyable, although the water was a little warmer than we personally prefer. The only area that fell a little short for us was the drinks. They were okay, but none of them stood out enough to make us want to order them again. Everything was served in the same cup, and they lacked the fun presentation and creativity we've experienced at other resorts. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the outdoor fiesta on our first night—it was such a fun event with great energy! We just wish there had been …

Nuestro hotel favorito en la zona + Cuarto, restaurantes, albercas, tranquilidad, servicio. Ya nos habíamos hospedado ahí y nos gusta mucho. Nos tocó un partido de México y organizaron una cena mexicana y el ambiente estuvo increíble − Las uniones de los toboganes del nuevo parque acuático se sienten y lastiman.

Beautiful vacations at an amazing resort! + I just came back from a wonderful week teaching yoga at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa ! It was a great privilege to teach yoga at this beautiful resort! The resort is very nice, the staff is friendly and very helpful . The resort is impeccable, very clean and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and beds are very comfortable. Even if it is a big resort (Dreams and Secret are beside one each other), the service is awesome, they make sure to do everything to enhance your experience. There is a lot of pools, restaurant, bars and different lounge areas so it never feel too crowded. Therefore, the atmosphere is quite relax, so if you are looking for a more dynamic or party vibe, it may not be the place. full disappointment + I would not recommend this resort as a family vacation. There was ongoing construction with noise all afternoon in room areas. The beach was basically non-existant and not clean, food was sub par with our main and only options being the world cafe or sea side bar or hamburger stop without having to arrive early to hope for a table at either the japanese or italian specialty restaurants. The buffet servers never wore gloves, the furniture was dirty, repeat food over and over. We all got sick on our day back... After years of going to these resorts will never go back or recommend this one.

Great hotel amazing staff + The staff was incredible and made the stay unforgettable. The rooms were clean and well appointed as was the rest of the resort. The layout was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was fine. The beach was very nice not very swimmable but wadeable if you want to swim at a beach catch a taxi over to sayulita for the day the beach was perfect there. We will definitely be back to the Bahia Mita property but may do the secrets side instead of the dreams side as we dont have kids.

Overall outstanding resort, but.......... + The resort is absolutely beautiful!! The food, bars, staff and cleanliness went well beyond my expectations!! The beach is rocky. You should wear swimming shoes to prevent injuring your feet. The waves can be rough at certain times. But the only reason I gave it an average review, and I want to stress only, is because the pools close early. If the pools were open later I would have given this resort the best reviews!! If you are not into pools then I would highly recommend this place!!!

Spend time and money elsewhere! + Save your money go elsewhere. I was very disappointed as I paid extra for the preferred suite . Food and service were lacking.

Perfect Family Resort + Had a great experience here! The ambiance, service, accommodations, and options were all wonderful! I definitely recommend especially for families. If you are traveling with friends or prefer a quieter space I would recommend Secrets side next door which was also beautiful! Only downside is it is hard to see sunset from Dreams side and all pools outside of the bar pool were too warm, it also was very hot this time of year so not sure if that’s a norm. Also don’t forget the hidden waterpark off sixth floor! This area was not as busy as the main pool area and had tons of options like yummy fish tacos and ice cream!

Rampas + Todo esta muy bien, las instalaciones geniales, la comida muy rica, al igual que las bebidas. − Faltaron algunas rampas. Y el colchón ya esta un poco desgastado.
