+ Struttura di indubbia qualità. Posizione eccezionale se si vuole godere di tranquillità e degli aspetti naturalistici della riserva naturale. Colazione e menù della cucina ottimo. Ambiente molto pulito e riservato. Servizio in linea con i costi. − Il menù della cena un po' scarno rispetto a quello del pranzo. Camerieri troppo condizionati dalle mance, quando dovrebbe essere l'esatto opposto.

+ Great location, great service and beautiful views. Good food − The first room given to us was noisy. We had specifically asked for quiet rooms. The second was better but if you have young kids staying, why not put them next to reception and the swimming pool rather than guests who don’t want to be disturbed.

Playa espectacular + La vista desde las asoleadoras espectacular, las piscinas, el desayuno muy rico. La dicha del cuarto muy rica y los productos de baño muy buenos − El cuarto para 4 pequeño, las camas no tan cómodas y con poco espacio para la ropa de 4 personas.

+ Location was amazing and secluded. Included breakfast is very good and has plenty of options. Variety of pools, activities and spaces to relax. Staff was very kind and helpful. − Cleanliness could be better. Particularly wild animal remains were very constant and the ones near the beach beds were not always picked up, until the next day. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner could improve it’s quality. Bathroom on our honeymoon suite was tiny and not very comfortable.

Superbe vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse de la chambre. + Hôtel sur la plage avec belles piscines et chaises longues à disposition. Superbe vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse de la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner copieux au choix (jus, smoothies, omelettes, …) ou payant pour certains plats. − Trop bruyant la nuit avec la route derrière et les voitures. Climatisation bruyante aussi. Cours de Yoga inadapté (4 des 6 élèves sont partis avant la fin).

+ El Personal y la playa era preciosa de las mejores zonas de holbox − La piscina de adultos era un chiquioark llena de niños. En la parte de hosteleria trajeron vinagreta y aceiteras que no había por dónde cogerla. La parte de masajes también le faltaba un cariño y una limpieza. En general esperaba algo más premium en comparación con el precio

Excelente + El hotel es una maravilla. Está justo delante de la mejor playa de la isla y aunque está un poco apartado del centro para nosotros ha sido ideal porque era más tranquilo y apenas había gente en la playa y mucho menos ruido. La habitación que nos tocó era muy bonita, muy limpia. El equipo del hotel muy amable. − En determinados momentos, hay venta ambulante de ropa, souvenirs y demás recuerdos de la isla dentro de los espacios abiertos del hotel junto a la playa. Sería recomendable prohibirlo para evitar la molestias.
