Booking.com Scam — Advertised All-Inclusive at Dreams Sapphire Resort, Delivered Hotel & Breakfast O − We booked and paid $2,148.12 for an all-inclusive package but received only hotel and breakfast. With two young children we had no option to leave. Booking.com refused to refund us and their customer service was unreachable after 58 minutes on hold.

Great Family Resort for Family fun, good food, good service, good fun. Not amazing but great + We generally liked the hotel, rooms were recently updated and it shows, the bed was super comfortable and clean. Service was generally great although sometimes felt rushed, but overall great! Food was great at all restaurants, maybe a kids menu would work as it is a Family Resort full of families with kids. − Bathrooms a bit dated and shower heads old and with uneven flow, service could feel rushed or lazy right before shift changes, avoiding some service if last minute. There is a time gap where everything was closed from 5 to 6pm and we couldnt get proper food. Lack of bathrooms in the pool area, leading to people not really getting out to go to the bathroom.

Muy bien en general + Muy bien la comida, bebida, piscina, servicios, limpieza, etc. Todo perfecto si no fuera por tres puntos. − Las cosas malas nos son culpa del alojamiento pero: No te puedes meter en la playa debido al sargazo. Los exteriores huelen a sargazo. Entró una cucaracha al baño de la habitación supongo que por la humedad.

Unas buenas vacaciones + El hotel en general se ve muy bien y nuestra habitación era grande, moderna y prácticamente nueva. El complejo cuenta con varias piscinas: una piscina principal muy agradable, otra en la zona de los toboganes y otra exclusiva para huéspedes Preferred. Salvo esta última, que no utilizamos, las otras dos zonas nos parecieron muy buenas. Había bastantes tumbonas disponibles, aunque muchas no tenían colchoneta. Si no madrugabas para coger sitio, era bastante probable que te tocara una tumbona sin ella. En cuanto a las actividades, hay muchísimas opciones para todas las edades y el equipo de entretenimiento hace un trabajo excelente para mantener el ambiente y animar a los huéspedes a participar. Queremos destacar especialmente a Sergio, Mar, Arturo, David y Michelle, con quienes fue muy agradable compartir las actividades durante nuestra estancia. El WiFi del hotel funcionaba realmente bien. Tuvimos buena conexión durante nuestra estancia y fue bastante estable…

Personal excelente, pero instalaciones que necesitan una reforma + * Acogida excelente y personal súper amable y atento durante toda la estancia. * Las bebidas estaban muy buenas. * Aunque el check-out es a las 12:00, permiten seguir utilizando las instalaciones hasta por la tarde y ofrecen ducha de cortesía y toallas antes de marcharte, un detalle muy positivo. − * Las instalaciones son algo antiguas y el resort necesita una reforma. * La habitación, anunciada con “vista tropical”, daba prácticamente al bosque, por lo que entraba muy poca luz. Era muy oscura incluso durante el día. * La comida era bastante básica. Se presenta como comida mexicana, pero en nuestra opinión está lejos de la auténtica comida mexicana que puedes encontrar fuera de un resort.

Un resort muy recomendado + La calidad y la variedad de los alimentos, así como el sabor de los mismos. También la cálidad de la alberca, manteniéndose muy limpia y transparente el agua − El descuido de la limpieza de los baños en general, muy sucios y olorosos, tenía que ir a la habitación para acceder al baño. Por favor chequen ese detalle, pues puede restar muchos puntos a la estancia.
