From the warm welcome, the 5* accomodation and location, the quality of the venue but most of all the professionalism, c + Everything about this hotel is outstanding, hidden behind 2 large doors and opening up into an exclusive private paradise. Stylish, beautiful and relaxed + It’s beautiful! Food is excellent and the place feels very relaxed, effortless cool! − We had a few gripes which we shared at the end of our stay with the very pleasant manager. It would be unfair to list here as the management told us how the relatively minor problems were being addressed. Definitely worth a stay.

+ Ich mag kleine persönliche Boutique - Hotels, und ich war schon das dritte Mal da... Das Flair und die geschmackvolle individuelle Einrichtung gefällt mir nach wie vor. − Das Werbefoto für die gebuchte Suite war irreführend, es gibt nur in einer Suite den gezeigten eigenen Pool auf der Terrasse. Stattdessen gab es nur einen kleinen Whirlpool... Die diesbzgl. Reklamation wurde nicht ernst genommen. Das Essen ist gut, aber kaum Gemüse, Salate... In der eigentlich gemütlichen Bar wird nach 23 Uhr nicht mehr bedient... Sauna und das historische Schiff nicht in Betrieb. Im mauritanischen Winter meist recht windig (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts), eher selten Strand - Wetter...

+ The property is aesthetically very beautiful and the spa staff are really nice − Property is very small especially the beachfront. Breakfast has limited choices. Service is not really one of a 5 stars hotel, it was very slow and unprofessional in one istance with the cleaning crew.
