Magnifique + Repas excellent, piscine magnifique, boissons super, chambre confortable − Piscine non chauffée en hiver, chiens dans le restaurant amené par une cliente, qui n écoute pas le personnel du restaurant. La direction doit être exigeant sur ce point : pas de chien dans un restaurant

Oké verblijf , maar personeel is niet altijd aardig en we moesten bij ontbijt , eten en in de bar vaak heel lang wachten + De locatie is prima , mooi zwembad en zee bij accommodatie. We zaten een week hiervoor in een ander resort voor een lagere prijs wat veel meer luxe en activiteiten had als deze . Jammer dat je moet betalen voor bv tennis . − De kamers waren best klein , wij verbleven met een gezin van 5 en een van onze kinderen moest bij ons op de kamer . Hierdoor alles erg krap en ook weinig kast ruimte voor de spullen. Hierdoor was het erg vol en rommelig .

Counting down till we can come again, it was that good. + The staff speak of the owner/ manager with positives that they themselves pass on to the client, and it's so natural too. Staff filled with positives that helped me feel positive, just what I needed to combat a new illness I'm battling. Chef Sheila (and her boss - see photo) spoilt me, crafting the soaked chia I asked for and going a step further too with gluten-free pancakes as a treat. Neema, Priya and Luveena at the Spa gifted me, my husband and son brilliant treatments, away from the hubbub. As long walks or standing still challenges me, the golf cart crew saved my hips often. With the beach restaurant manager helping when it was a busy time. Everyone was extraordinary here. We will be back. We were wonderfully supported by the entertainment crew. Everyone helped me in my restricted diet, and helped me know I can ask, I am not being difficult or annoying, and I was not made to feel like the burden I think I am. I apprec…

Amazing hotel with incredible views of the beach, wonderful staff and great facilities. + The view as come into the entrance is so beautiful it made me well up! The perfect antidote to a 12 hour flight! Great staff, facilities for kids, lovely food, beach was lovely and could swim/wade to the island. − There could have been more family facilities like a playground and another foosball table as this was very popular! Also more seats around the bar area in evening. Beach was beautiful, water not clear but you can do snorkelling from hotel in a boat trip.

Good hotel but all inclusive is not all inclusive + Great hotel. We were in all inclusive and it gave us lots of options of restaurants inside the hotel. Some good concerts in the evening and a few more activities included. − The hotel is big so some rooms are a bit far from the breakfast. The all inclusive package is not all inclusive - quite a few things were extra (options in the menu, certain drinks). Even having a small snack in the afternoon was a very limited quantity despite being in all inclusive. Or if you wanted a fresh juice from the juice bar, it was also extra.

+ The food was great, the facilities in and around the hotel - the beach, the bbq lunch options, the boat tour availability right form the hotel. All and all a great hoel − The overall big hotel feeling can make you feel like you're missing that personal touch. The staff was nice but again, not very personal.

Sehr schönes All-Inclusive Resort mit privatem Strand + Das Hotel ist wunderschön in angelegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und das Angebot ließ im Grunde keine Wünsche offen. Durch die Weitläufigkeit hat man immer einen schönen Platz am Pool oder am Strand bekommen. Die Animations-Angebote waren unaufdringlich und das Essen in Ordnung. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Besonders das BBQ auf der Hotel-eigenen Insel fand ich schön.

Bellissima esperienza in Agosto! + La struttura è bellissima, molto ben curata da tutti i punti di vista. Ci sono 3 piscine dislocate in tutto lo spazio davanti l'hotel e 3 spiagge con mare calmo di facile accesso. In tutta l'area delle piscine e spiaggia ci sono tantissimi e comodissimi lettini. Gli asciugamani sono forniti dalla struttura con cambio giornaliero o quando preferiamo. Essendo un hotel molto ampio quindi con tante persone non c'è confusione anzi, c'è molta tranquillità e non c'è bisogno di fare le corse per aggiudicarsi il lettino. Anche zona ristorante molto bella circondata dalla piscina (atmosfera rilassante) è molto tranquilla, il ristorante apre alle 18.30 e chiude alle 22 quindi non c'è mai ressa al buffet che fra l'altro è sempre rifornito abbondantemente in tutta la fascia oraria. Ci sono anche altri 3 ristoranti (indiano, Mauriziano e Thai) che vanno prenotati qualche giorno prima e sono compresi in quasi tutte le tariffe (noi avevamo HB e 1 volta potevamo acc…

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel zilwa, nous avions une vue mer magnifique, les restaurants sont très bons et les cocktails ég + L’emplacement , le personnel, l’hôtel − Le manque d’activité proposée lorsqu’il ya des journées de pluies
