− The owners are scammers. Even after paying the full amount and all fees through Booking.com, be prepared to be asked to pay the same fees again in cash upon arrival. Even if you show your bank statement and your Booking.com payment confirmation proving that everything has already been paid, they ignore it and still demand payment a second time. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Landlords like these damage the reputation of the country and ruin people’s holidays.

Super endroit !! + L'emplacement, la piscine avec vue sur la mer est un vrai bonheur. C'est un endroit calme et reposant. Tout ne nécessaire était à disposition − Il y avait une petite odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain qui semblait venir du ballon mais sinon rien à dire

+ Piękny widok z balkonu oraz basenu. − Wiele rzeczy wymaga remontu np. drzwi szafy się nie domykały, drzwi na balkon ciężko było otworzyć, czajnik w aneksie kuchennym wybijał bezpiecznik przy każdym użyciu. Nie było przygotowanej kołdry dla dziecka. Latem nie był to problem i koc był wystarczający ale rezerwacja była na 3 osoby a pościel była dla tylko dla dwóch.

We quite enjoyed the swimming pool and looking at the sunset in the evening. The view is just stunning. A few mins walk away you have a mini market and a restaurant. − Nothing

+ Прекрасный вид с террасы. Хороший персонал, помогает решать возникшие вопросы. − Уставший ремонт, много мелких поломок, которые нужно устранять. Терраса на два номера, что не понятно по фото.

Meravigliosa vista + Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e tre giorni. La struttura di trova a due passi dal centro di Sveti Stefan su una strada panoramica. Ci sono tanti posti per parcheggiare l'auto e anche a piedi si può raggiungere il mare. La stanza era accogliente , munita di asciugamani, saponi, e tutti gli utensili di cui hai bisogno. Ci hanno effettuato anche le pulizie ogni mattina facendo il cambio asciugamani. La vista mozzafiato dalla piscina e dalle stanze è ciò che rende questo posto incantevole insieme alla cordialità e ospitalità dei suoi proprietari. Tutto ciò è andato oltre le nostre aspettative e non vediamo l'ora di ritornare in questo paradiso.

+ La piscina con vistas es agradable. El parking gratuito delante del alojamiento (aunque no hay muchas plazas). Las habitaciones se limpian (superficialmente) cada día y cambian las toallas. El colchón es muy cómodo. − El acceso no es muy fácil y aunque nos enviaron un mensaje para explicarnos cómo llegar, no era tan fácil y los anfitriones no estaban disponibles para facilitar la llegada. La habitación era vieja y muchas cosas no funcionaban: tuvimos que reparar nosotros mismos la cortina porque no cerraba y entraba la luz del sol. La luz de la terraza no funcionaba. La terraza es en realidad una zona para pasar y está al lado de otro apartamento y al lado de la carretera, con lo cual no hay ninguna intimidad ni tampoco luz. El baño era grande pero olía fatal a desagüe. El aire acondicionado era tan viejo que no funcionaba bien. Todo es un tanto viejo y podría estar más limpio. La cocina está muy poco equipada, no hay apenas cubiertos y ningún cuchillo que corte. …

+ L'emplacement est incroyable, avec cette piscine qui domine la mer. Nous avons adoré. L'accueil était très agréable. La chambre était propre, calme et bien équipée. Il y a suffisamment de places de parking à proximité pour se garer sans problème. − Equipement de cuisine un peu vieux mais fonctionnel.
