Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt und wir konnten uns super erholen. + Das Haus trohnt wie eine Burg über der Altstadt. Alles ist fussläufig super erreichbar. Der Eigentümer bietet einen "Parkservice" an, da sein Innenhof beengt ist. Die Zimmer waren super ausgestattet und ausgesprochen sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und üppig. Lokales Gebäck und frische Früchte. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und sucht das persönliche Gespräch mit seinen Gästen. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert, welche einer grünen Oase gleicht und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Ulcinj bietet. − Ich hätte mir auf beiden Seiten des Bettes eine Nachttischlampe und Steckdosen gewünscht.

+ Cudowne miejsce z niesamowitym klimatem! Pokój był bardzo przytulny, czysty i zadbany w każdym detalu. Od samego progu czuliśmy się jak w domu. Właściciele to przemili ludzie, którzy dbają o każdy komfort swoich gości. Idealna baza wypadowa i świetne miejsce na relaks. Gorąco polecam każdemu!

Miejsce godne polecenia + Bardzo mili, gościnni i pomocni właściciele. Czyste, zadbane pokoje z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Doskonała lokalizacja, ponieważ jest bardzo blisko rozrywkowej części Ulcinj z ogromną ilością restauracji, sklepików, Starego Miasta oraz plaż a jednocześnie pozwala uniknąć całego gwaru związanego z dużym ruchem turystycznym. Bardzo klimatyczny taras z pięknym widokiem i pysznymi śniadaniami oraz kawą. Miejsce godne polecenia. Bardzo dobrze czuliśmy się w tym miejscu i serdecznie pozdrawiamy gospodarzy. It’s always nice to be somewhere you are warmly welcomed and where everything is taken care of. + First of all, I would like to say that the whole family who works there are incredibly kind and welcoming people. They are always happy to help and take care of everything you need. Everything is very clean and tidy, and the rooms are very cosy. There is parking, and there is plenty of space. You can enjoy a cosy breakfast downstairs on the terrace and prepare your own breakfast, or you can have a wonderful time on the upper terrace with a beautiful view and order an excellent breakfast. It is a lovely place to stay and enjoy your holiday. The location is right in the centre, so everything is within walking distance. You can be sure that you will have a wonderful time here. An exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable stay with wonderful hosts — we’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️ + The property was exceptionally clean — if you’re someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I would highly recommend this place. The location was also very convenient, especially for me because I prefer staying close to the main road and avoiding Ulcinj’s narrow and steep streets when I am with the car. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around, a private bathroom, and a balcony. Another big plus was the free parking, with no reservation needed. The owners were extremely friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented, and they were always willing to help with anything we needed. 🥰🥰🥰❤️

Siamo stati bene + Struttura a gestione familiare molto curata all’esterno con terrazza panoramica molto bella. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza (non appartamento) che era molto piccola ma per due notti è andata bene. Andi e suo papà sono persone molto cordiali e accoglienti e hanno soddisfatto qualsiasi nostra richiesta (ci hanno aiutato anche con un piccolo problema all’auto). Posizione centrale. − Consigliamo di migliorare cuscini e asciugamani. La salita per arrivare in struttura è piuttosto ripida e scomoda ma ti aiutano con grande disponibilità a percorrerla e a parcheggiare.

Nice stay in Ulcinj. + The owners are helpful and nice. The place is really clean and quite close to the Small Beach. − The parking is difficult, they need to fit many cars is a small yard and the cars are blocking each other.

+ Gastgeberfamilie war super freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit. Von dem Frühstück (war nachgebucht) auf der jeder Zeit nutzbaren Rooftop -Terrasse (auch abends) können wir nur schwärmen. Lecker und üppig. Täglich alles selbstgemacht, frisches Obst vom Basar. − Respekt vor der An- und Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz ;-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert + Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Als wir Zubehör für die Küche brauchten, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der Besitzer, seine Familie und die fleißigen Verlegerinnen waren alle lieb und zuvorkommend. Von der Dach Terrasse hat man eine wunderschönen Ausblick. Das ganze Gebäude in der die Wohnung ist, ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet.

+ Man wird vom Hausherrn nicht als zahlender Kunde, sondern als echter Gast begrüßt und behandelt. Im Das Frühstück welches auf der Dachterrasse serviert wird, ist opulent und vielfältig. Und für ein Glas Wein zum Ausklang des Tages gibt es auch keinen besseren Platz als die Dachterrasse. Bei Problemen mit Behörden hilft der Gastgeber schnell, unbürokratisch und uneigennützig. Beim nächsten Besuch in Ulcinj ist Villa Oleander unsere erste Adresse. − Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt's für die Handtücher.😉
