Séjour très agréable + Ce que nous avons apprécié c'était accueil, notamment la gentillesse de Hafid, Doha & Wael, à la réception. Nous avons également apprécié le service et la gentillesse des deux plagistes, Abdollah & Ayman. Le personnel était accueillant et gentil. − De manière très relative,le petit déjeuner.

La segunda vez que nls hospedamos. + El personal es estupendo, muy atentos y superiores amables, la ubicación esta genial. − El hotel es antiguo, muy limpio, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorar, el jardín para cenar en verano es genial, añadiria como mejora, que cambiaran la carta, o tener mas variedad.

+ Le personnel, la chambre et le petit déjeuner − Le manque d'isolation phonique, notre chambre donner directement sur la rue et malgré les fenêtres fermées, nous entendions les bruits de la rue qui est très animé.

Un des trois plus vieux hôtels de Tanger, dont le charme a fait effet les deux premiers jours, mais qui n’a pas suffit p + L’emplacement et le service − La chambre était petite, la salle de bain un peu vétuste, nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue, l’absence de double vitrage nous a fait profiter du son permanent des klaxons :(

pas mal + la propreté , le staff gentille a l acceuil − bcp de bruit surtout le matin les femmes de menages passent au couloir parlent trop et a haute voix avec les rires c etait un peu mal alaise , aussi il faut le informer de ne pas parler trop au client un petit salut et sourire et suffisant, le pire c est le petit dej il n etait pas a l hauteur ni chaud , du pain de la veille tres costaud , le the pas chaud , bon petit dej flop

− Персонал на ресепшн все время подозрительно искали оплату , мы все забронировали на букинге и все оплатили ещё до приезда в отель, но работники ресепшн сначала сказали, мы не видим оплату, пришлось им доказывать с помощью скринов, во второй раз, мы снова приехали в этот отель, и произошла похожая ситуация, при выезде они снова спросили, а вы точно оплатили? Было обидно, тк я всегда оплачиваю через Букинг заранее, и мы бы не въехали изначально, если бы не оплатили, что логично, это большой минус, что тебя постоянно стрессируют и ты всегда должен держать квитанции при себе Впервые с таким столкнулись
