Terrible stay. + The swimming pool was good. Meryem at the reception was the only one really helpful. − - the whole property is 25 yeas old and needs a big refresh. Housekeeping was terrible, always something missing or not cleaned. First room we got we couldn’t even wash ourselves, cold water from the shower and the bath-tube shower head was broken. They announce 3 restaurants open on booking and only one was available with very limited offer. Swimming pool seating is packed early. No activities at all for kids and adults. Evening entertainment is very poor and only on Saturdays. My daughter left a necklace on the night table and it disappeared.

+ La vue, la piscine − Mauvaise odeur tres forte des egoux dans les couloirs. Odeur de moisie dans les chambres ( on en avait reserve 2) et on a changé de chambre 2 fois sans succès .

Décus!! + L emplacement parfait. Le service du personnel de restauration parfait. − La difficulté à réserver par téléphone! Le buffet du petit déjeuner peu varié,rien à voir avec ce que nous avons apprecié,il y a quelques années. La coupure d'electricité en pleine nuit nous privant de climatisation également. En bref ,deçus ,nous avons connus l'amphirite avec un standing plus élevé. Ca vaut pas le prix de la chambre!!

Très mauvaise expérience : chambre sale et non préparée, piscine toujours pleine, nourriture beaucoup trop salée et serv + Très mauvaise expérience. Séjour décevant, service médiocre et prestations loin d’être à la hauteur. Je ne recommande absolument pas. − Chambre non prête à notre arrivée et très sale. Une expérience vraiment décevante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

4 dias maravilhosos em skhirat + Super confortável, quartos grandes e confortáveis tanto para casais como para famílias, sempre com um pé na praia, piscina agradável e sempre limpa, o restaurante é fantástico (apesar do preço ser mais elevado que os restaurantes locais), os funcionários são de uma simpatia incrível e a limpeza é boa. Mesmo tendo um ou outro problema, a resolução foi sempre muito rápida e eficiente. − O único problema, que considero secundário, foi o pedido de marcação de táxi e restaurante para o jantar que não foi feito. Mas mesmo isso foi resolvido assim que o erro foi identificado.
