+ Beautiful grounds with many well-cared-for roaming cats. Rooms are large and showers are very good. There is a shopping mall with many good food options right across the street. The breakfast buffet was large and had many interesting options. Staff was excellent.

+ The condition of the hotel was unacceptable…. Major repair works taking place in the rooms next door and opposite meant we were woken up by drilling and there was dust and dirt everywhere. Moreover the shower did not work. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I am shocked as the first experience of as excellent. This is well below the standards of acceptable

+ Unfortunately when i was searching for hotel, there werent reviews or notice stating that the hotel is under construction in certain areas. Otherwise, I would have opted for another hotel. I was underwhelmed when entering the hotel from a temporary side door into a dark lobby, curtains drawn to cover the site construction and workers. My room had dirty footprints in the bathroom and pathway. I thought they didnt have time to cleanup. Next day the footprints were still there. The room was dusty and dirty. I had to talk to the shift manager to have the cleaners do their job. The staff are extremely nice and made our stay pleasent.

+ Works were going on right outside my room so the view wasnt great and men working outside my window meant I could open my curtains as freely as I would have like.

+ Ongoing renovation which the property should have noted in its information Conveniently located across from a major mall with supermarket. However, mold in bathroom, and the furniture and room finishes were beat up two outlets on either side of bed not functioning. We switched rooms upon checkin because room was directly across fro garden renovation with heavy equipment. New room was for a rating guest a welcome fruit plate - an embarrassment to Le Méridien. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

+ we were in this hotel for 3 days on Apr26-29 there was a construction in hotel and breakfast was very expensive for two that's why we ate outside the hotel. all receptionists and concierges were amazing and very helpful

+ I had a really nice stay. The facilities were very clean, on site dining was delicious and staff was very friendly. I would consider coming back just based on the breakfast buffet alone. My room was beautiful and cozy-- it seems like I got one of the updated rooms. There was quite a bit of construction on the grounds and also on the floor I was staying but it did not bother me nor affect my stay too much. There was some noise and a minimal debris here and there, but again it wasn't enough to make me complain. I am a bit more understanding than the average consumer -- so that might be something that would bother someone else. The hotel is already nice so I imagine whatever they are doing will make the hotel better for future stays.

+ Stayed there for little less than a month .people might complaint but hotel is ongoing remodeling which is understandable . House keepers were perfect at taking care of the room .breakfast buffet was excellent.all the stuff were super nice .this was not my first trip and wont be my last for sure

+ It would have been nice if Expedia website stated that there was a major refurbishment going on at the hotel! If there was I would not booked the two rooms for four nights. The restricted area for breakfast was good under the circumstances but very noisy before 10.30 when the workforce were meant to start. Staff were pleasant and friendly
