Déçue + Le côté zen du lieu en bord de lac. Chambre tres spacieuse. − Bien trop excentré du centre-ville. Je déconseille cet hotel si vous êtes de passage 2 ou 3 jours a Vilnius. Sur descriptif, le "quelques minutes du centre" est faux : comptez 45 min en heure de pointe ! (Sans encombre, environ 20 min).Les frais de transport sont donc importants. Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique. Pas l'ombre d'un morceau de pain avec ne serait-ce une noix de beurre. Pas de buffet, une assiette a choisir composée seulement de plats salés (saucisses, omelettes...) Personnel pas très agréable, sauf à la réception. Le menu du restaurant n'est pas traduit en anglais... impossible de savoir ce qu'on peut commander. Dommage !

Polecam na krótki pobyt połączony ze zwiedzaniem Wilna. Bardzo dobry dojazd do centrum. + Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Miła obsługa.

+ La buena atención de la recepcionista. Poder usar la piscina y el spa. − Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Además, entran mosquitos en las habitaciones y el calor del sol se acumula debido a las grandes ventanas. El desayuno es muy limitado. Hay que elegir entre unas pocas opciones, ya que no es tipo bufé. Además, el horario del desayuno es bastante tardío: comienza a partir de las 9:00 a. m. La carta principal del restaurante no está traducida; solo está disponible en el idioma nacional

A very nice hotel with a beautiful view + A very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Pleasant and attentive staff, speaking several languages. We celebrated an anniversary at the restaurant. I'd especially like to mention the manager, Anželika – an attentive and competent woman. She has excellent knowledge of the kitchen and hotel facilities and is ready to help with any questions you may have. The food is delicious, filling, and fresh. The presentation and table setting are excellent. − -

Decepção, horrível, hotel de uma estrela + Da parte exterior, junto ao lago. − O hotel parece saído dos anos 20. É terrível, tudo velho. Os quartos são um horror. A alcatifa dos quartos cheira mal, a casa de banho igual. Os quartos não têm cortinas que tapem a luz, nem ar condicionado. Com a janela aberta do nosso quarto ouvia-se barulho dos carros. As fotografias são enganadoras. As camas terríveis, duras e fazem muito barulho. O pequeno almoço é à carta, mas só se pode escolher uma bebida por pessoa e uma comida. Acho que foi o pior hotel onde já estive.

Nice place but was glad to leave due to rude staff, however food was nice + reception staff were all very grumpy − was booked out for wedding and other events preventing us from use of facilities
