Amazing hotel, which includes both meals and treatment! The perfect place to relax after a long flight + We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Within the room rate, both breakfast and dinner are included in addition to any treatments you may need! We found this to be incredible value for money. We stayed for one night in September. After a long flight, this was the perfect place to relax. What made the experience even better, was the treatment we received next morning. Yoga starts early, followed by breakfast, followed by our treatments. We had a full body massage, Head massage, son experience and facial. It was so lovely and just what we needed after a long flight. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and they were also amazing. All of the meals were selected by their chefs to align with our body types. And it was all so tasty! An amazing first night in Sri Lanka! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay, especially after a long flight .

Highly recommend treatment hotel + We had an absolutely amazing stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. After spending four nights at this beautiful hotel, every part of our experience was a true delight. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive — remembering our room details, meal plans, and treatments with such care. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay special — from the restaurant and front office teams to the chefs, spa therapists, pool attendant, yoga instructor, and the wonderful garden staff. Gratitude for all the staff members + We faced an extreme storm while our stay. That was a huge impact not only in Sri Lanka also in other countries around, and people passed away because of the disaster unfortunately. Even in this harsh time, all the staff members worked for us and doing their best to support us and ensure our safety. We can't stop appreciate all the fourtune we recieve from the staff members. Perfect place for relax after trip in sri lanka + That was my secound time here. Perfect place to relax. Its in main street but the hotel is souranded by trees and nature. I have full ayurweda package with 2 h treatments yoga and meditation, ayurvedic food. Rooms are big and comfortable. I love the balcony Stuff is always smiling and helpful. Calm and beautiful resort + It was my stop after I arrived at the airport and it was the perfect location to relax after a long flight. Everyone was very friendly, the room spacious and clean and the food delicious. The Ayurveda treatments were fantastic - I wish I could have stayed longer!

A True Haven for Body and Mind + We spent two weeks at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The resort is tucked away from the busy beach road, set within a peaceful and lush garden. The villas offer a high level of privacy, each with its own garden, where we received daily doctor consultations and treatments. The food was outstanding, Chef Brian serves exceptional vegetarian cuisine with a wonderful variety of local ingredients, fresh herbs, and spices. The daily 2.5 hours of treatments included massages, oil infusions, steam therapy, and ghee cleansing, all carried out by highly experienced therapists. A huge thank-you to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable.

A place to purify the body and mind + My husband and I stayed in a King Villa with our adult daughter, adding an extra bed. The bedroom and open-air massage room are separated by a courtyard, so while there are a lot of mosquitoes in the mornings and evenings, we can enjoy nature in the privacy of the courtyard during the day. The bedrooms are equipped with herbal mosquito repellent and mosquito nets, so it's not a problem. From the time we made the reservation, the staff were attentive to our requests, and we received exactly the service we had hoped for. This is a truly trustworthy hotel.

Very amazing Ayurveda Hotel + We stayed 10 days at the Jetwing Pavilions and it was amazing.Everyone is very friendly and helpful the chef is really special very delicious food from the breakfast till the dinner .I never eating like this in Sri Lanka. The doctors and traetments are so relaxing and everyone take care on you . The yoga class in the morning and the meditation in the evening are very well done with a lot of explaining the effect of yoga 🙏The whole team is in a good mood and very friendly its a good Karma in this House. Deeply distressing experience – left early due to safety, privacy, and wellbeing concerns + I stayed at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions in December 2025 for a three-night Ayurvedic retreat, choosing this property specifically for rest, healing, and a sense of safety. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply distressing, and I ultimately had to leave early. From the first day, there were significant issues with mosquitoes and insects in the room. Despite repeatedly requesting insect control, no effective action was taken, making it extremely uncomfortable to remain in the room. During the stay, I became acutely unwell, suffering from severe vomiting and diarrhoea. Despite clearly explaining my condition to the on-site doctor and being told that dietary adjustments would be made, I continued to be served the standard menu. Good hospitality, Nimanla is super nice + I had very good experiences here. I’ve been wanted to experience Ayurveda since five yrs ago. This time I have decided to go here for my birthday gift and it was good decision🥰 Treatment is awesome, Room is so cute and comfy, especially I liked housekeeping! They do great job✌🏻 Food is tasty and beautiful. also you can enjoy with your eyes. There is a pool inside , I liked that place too. I enjoyed chilling there. Thank you for the pool staff around. And lastly I really appreciate the manager named Nimanka Hospitality. He cares me all the time how guests are and if everything is okay. His service is definitely five star😭🙏 We are very thankful for him and wanna come back again because of his greatest and warm hospitality.

One of the worst jetwing experiences + We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 in the morning — exhausted, but not without having planned ahead. We had already informed the reservation team about our late check-in at the time of booking, so we expected things to be in order. They were not. When we walked into our room, it was clear that it hadn't been properly prepared. There was no toothpaste, no toothbrush, and the television was switched on, yet the remote was nowhere to be found. But it was the middle of the night, and we were running empty. So we simply took a shower and collapsed into bed, choosing to deal with it all in the morning. The next day, we headed down for breakfast, and to be fair, the food was genuinely good. However, I had to rush back to the room for a meeting, so I asked my wife to bring my meal up. Wonderful space! + This beautiful place definitely deserves your attention. The private villas, which offer privacy and seclusion, are perfect for relaxation and treatment. The attentive staff, who carry out their work with care and warmth, are exceptional. The balanced vegetarian food is also a highlight. I was captivated by the ambiance of this wonderful space. Everything work around your well being. You won’t regret staying here. + This place is heaven on Earth. They offered free yoga classes vegetarian food, free treatment and access to the gym and their private beach front. I feel like everyone and everything was working on my wellbeing. I feel refreshed and in any ways I feel that I am back in my body being more conscious and more relaxed. I can highly recommend anyone to stay here, the longer, the better.

Shalitha was amazing! + My stay at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions was a wonderful experience. The Ayurveda treatments were perfect, and the treatment therapists were extremely professional, kind, and caring. The food was excellent, and I truly enjoyed every meal during my stay. I joined the water exercise in the beautiful swimming pool and it was fantastic! The instructor Shalitha was amazing! He managed the class superbly. His way of speaking, greeting guests, and motivating everyone was truly special. He was definitely one of the best characters of my visit. Thank you Jetwing for a beautiful stay. 最悪なスリランカの思い出 + 長いスリランカ旅行の最後にアーユルヴェーダを体験してみよう、良かったら次回長く泊まろうと言うことで、1泊2日で友達と予約しました。 フルボディマッサージやヘッドマッサージ、フェイシャルマッサージ、スチームサウナがついてこのホテルに泊まれるなら安いのかなと思います。スリランカの観光地で評判の良いフルボディマッサージ90分を受けた時は、4500円したので。 ただ彼らのホスピタリティと情報連携には、かなり問題があると思います。事前にホテル側から医師との調整や施術時間の調整のため、何時に到着するか、何時の飛行機で出発するのかなど連絡がありました。またトリートメントを受けるための部屋のために2人の性別は何かなど、さまざまなことを聞かれ、宿泊する1ヶ月前に連絡しました。ただ突然連絡が途絶えて返事が来なくなり、不安に思い大丈夫か確認するも連絡は来ず、3回目の連絡でやっと１週間前に連絡が再開できました。私は14:00にチェックインし、次の日の飛行機が10:30発でした。 チェックインしてから ①チェックインの際にこちらが聞くまでアーユルヴェーダの時間を知らされないし、彼らも把握していない ②じゃあ明日の朝でと言われたため、いや事前に連絡したけど朝の飛行機で帰るから無理だと伝えると、1人は今日中にアーユルヴェーダをやるけど、もう1人は朝ですと言われる ③なぜ事前に連絡したのにこんなことになってるのか2回聞くも、悪びれる態度や謝ることはなく、今日は予約がいっぱいなのでと強気な態度 ④医師の診断に関しては、AIで代われそうで な簡単な質問のみ ⑤医師に質問しても肩こりとかに多い人がこれですのような単純な説明のみ (④⑤これについては本当に驚きました。ここの医師は日本の美容外科医と同じように、正しい施設での大した経験はないんだろうなと思いました) ⑥スタッフはドライ。スリランカの人たち特有の人懐っこさや、温かい笑顔は少ない。警備の方？調理の方？だけ 本当のアーユルヴェーダ体験ができると思っていましたが、これは別の施設に泊まった方が良さそうだなと思いました。良い学びになりました。 ２週間スリランカにいる間、ここ以外全てホームステイや知り合ったスリランカの人たちの家で宿泊しましたが、ココが1番悪い思い出です。 --------- At the end o…
