I would certainly recommend this property, the pool was so inviting and refreshing after our safari tour + Everything was great, and dinner for our group of 7 was exceptional, staff were really good also − The shower did not give out hot water, but that seems to be a problem most places🤨

A very relaxing end for our 4 week holiday in Sri Lanka + due to being low season - there was limited restaurant services - and while we understand it probably took a bit off our stay − The overall experience of the360 seafood restauarant was dissapointing. we expected much better food and experience.

+ Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The experience started with the beautiful boat ride to the hotel, which was truly unforgettable and set the tone for an amazing getaway. A special thank you to Hansini from the Front Office, who made our stay exceptional. She arranged everything perfectly, provided us with all the information we needed, and welcomed us with such genuine warmth and professionalism. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, and her hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for an incredible experience. + The hotel is located in a beautiful spot and we loved the experience. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Chamodi, Nadeesha and Hansi. The food was great too.

Good if your looking for the Pool and Beach experience + The pool, access to the beach, room size and amenities − The F&B staff didn't know what was available or was available during dinner and breakfast. Everyone kept asking someone for confirmation. When we wanted to place a coffee order during the night via room service it was informed that the coffee would be cold by the time it would be delivered to the room, which sounded ridiculous.

Останавливаюсь не первый раз, отличный баланс цены и качества + Уникальное расположение между рекой и океаном, большой бассейн, лучший пляж, в августе большие скидки на проживание − Отель не новый, не работал фен и не горела лампочка на балконе, но по звонку все быстро починили
