Для вашего же удобства - найдите другой отель + Жаль, но этот отель значительно ниже приемлемого уровня. Выбор и подача завтрака были очень плохими. Номер и ванная комната выглядели изношенными и явно грязными. Общие зоны казались грязными и с неприятным запахом. Сотрудники на ресепшене были вежливы, но больше ничего хорошего сказать нельзя. За годы я останавливался в нескольких отелях в Кувейт-Сити, и не стоит ожидать многого, но этот отель, безусловно, самый худший.

Остановиться в другом месте + Отель отказался предоставить трансфер из аэропорта в обоих случаях, когда я его запрашивал, а тренажерный зал находится на «реконструкции» (то есть недоступен). Номера грязные и плохо содержатся. Были проблемы с безопасностью: замок-задвижка не работал, и я даже однажды вернулся в номер, чтобы обнаружить, что дверь открыта, поскольку (предположительно) горничные не закрыли ее должным образом. Не самое лучшее расположение, но могло быть и хуже.

Worst Experiance + On my arrival, there was no AC in the room, no toilet paper, no towels. The bathroom was still dirty from the previous person that stayed there with hair all over the floor. the bathroom basin was leaking, the stinja pipe was leaking and when you take a shower, the water rises up till it runs out of the shower and entire floor is wet. I slipt in the bathroom due to this. the room was very dirty and the exposed electrical cables was a hazard. the internet was more off than what it was on. When they clean the room, i dont get new toilet paper and they only give 1 towel. After they cleaned the room, you cant see much difference. Overall..... i would not recommend this place to anyone ever. WORST hotel experiance ever.

Poor service and cleaniness + TV not working. It took 5 days to fix. When I arrive, still the soap used by previous passengers was there, with hair! Internet not working. Four days latter, they gave me a GSM modem, but I had to pay for it! In summary... bad experience!

Hotel In residential Area + The Stay was terrible at this place. First it was written as Free Airport Shuttle. No shuttle provided. The rooms are very small and the Washroom is so small that a large person cannot fit.Two out of three days the Internet was not working. Two out of three days the Television was not working. The tap in the washroom was continuously leaking and they do not repair. Third Day the Air conditioning stopped working. After complaining they checked and changed the room. There there was no electricity for most part of the night. The Power DB for three rooms was in another room where a couple was staying. Later in the morning, almost for four hours, no body attended even to the calls that there was no power. Got checked out and cannot give me a Final Bill. They want to deduct the Expedia Commission and give me the final bill which I did not accept. How can I take a bill for less than what I paid? And no free shuttle to Airport also. Bad service + overall I stay for 1 night. it was a horrible hotel. They cheting us as I was already reserve for a suite for 3 persons and I surprised that is 2 beds only avilable in the room!! the pictures avialable in the web site is much differ in reality. The resturant has limited choises for breakfast and it bad food.

تجربة سيئة جداً لن تتكرر التعامل سيء والواقع أسوء + تجربة سيئة جداً لن تتكرر التعامل سيء والصور والمواصفات غير صحيحة وغير مطابقة الموظفون بدل من إمتصاص غضب العميل من سوء الخدمة يضيفون لها سوء التعامل الجاكوزي لايعمل في كل الفندق بحجة الإزعاج والشكاوى!!!!!! وهذا العذرة أول مرة نسمع به في أي فندق بالعالم ليس كل الصور واقعية وبناء على كلام الموظف لابد من ذكر أن المرفق يعمل من يعوض ماتم دفعه والصدمة الحاصلة!!!!!! الأثاث والدورات (كرمتم) تحتاج لصيانة الإفطار منوع نوعاً هذا الشيء الوحيد المقبول

+ Jag checkade in måndag kl 14, och checkade ut lördag kl 22. Under min vistelse blev inte mitt rum städat. Jag fick bära ut sopor själv och köpa eget toapapper när det tog slut.

+ Bed sheets were not really white and not so clean than I expect. Carpet on the floor is not a good idea. Bathroom not very clean and it was water coming from the upper floor.

No frills, basically a bed and a shower. + This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine.
