Nice hotel to chill and relax + The hotel is nice and clean. The room was very beautiful, clean and big. The private pool was also perfect. We had a real nice time there. − As it is a two bedroom apartment, it would have been nice to have a thin door for the bathroom (one additional than the one for the shower and toilet). Also, the personnel are quiet and polite but they were not very helpful when we asked for different advice and recommendations.

Exceptional + Really lovely hotel and staff. The hotel has in-house restaurant in a stunning garden area, a large pool in lush setting with sunbeds. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Stayed in the family suite with private pool, 2 large bedrooms with bathroom and separate sitting room and a gorgeous courtyard and plunge pool - bliss

It could be great stay in great place , unfortunately staff not respect the guests + Good facility nice design , bathtub on the backyard. − Staff not respect the guests , cleaners walking under doors and laughing, talking laud , singing songs . Kitchen staff no respect to guests as well . Come for breakfast, we was only one couple for this time but it not mean you can ignore your guests and speak laud in kitchen which was in front of us , speak laud , laughing, and singing song . I told to staff to tell them to be more quite as I want peace on my breakfast and I don’t want they sing songs , the supervisor told me that they not sing , which was totally rude . Reception in the check out was missed to put beer I bought day before when I tell that there missing one bottle , she try to charge me more from what was in price list , I ask why like this ? She told me cos there is 10% VaT on the top to the price , however for previous my bill I not got VAT added as I as a guest get 10 % d…

Good value for money. Exceptional staff. Would probably choose nearer to centre if returned. Probabl + The room was spacious and beautifully cleaned every morning. All staff were exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was good but traditional options a much better quality than western options. − The small outdoor area was sadly neglected and not really fit for purpose. The outdoor bath has seen better days and probably best to move to give a little more space. Could be pretty area with a bit of tlc. Out of town but 2 dollars to get into town. Big problem with mosquitoes, need nets in room. Meeting place for conferences which can be noisy and leaves restaurant unavailable for guests.

Enjoyable stay in a friendly hotel. + The staff of the Amatek hotel are so welcoming and helpful. They are always smiling and friendly. The hotel is in a quieter area of Siem Reap. Our room was perfect for our 6 night stay with plenty of room. The pool area was perfect to relax after a day visiting the sites. − Not quite in the centre of town, but a short tuk tuk ride or a 20 minute walk.

+ This is my 2nd year to stay with Amatak for a long 3 week stay. I was involved in volunteer work in Siem Reap for a period of time and Amatak looked after myself and my friends so well. We booked the family suite, which had many rooms and areas for private time and working on our projects. We had the option to book a conference room which we availed of many times as it has a big table with air con and plugs. The room itself was so nice, large comfortable beds and pillows. The housekeeping was excellent, the room was always so clean and the bed linen was changed regularly. The staff on reception were faultless, they were always so polite, attentive and professional and always made us feel so welcomed, asking about our day and showing interest in our work. We felt part of the family by the end of our trip. The pool and gym area is beautiful, it really is so relaxing and well kept. Очень уютный отель + Стильный отель с очень дружелюбным персоналом. Очень красивый бассейн. До ночного рынка 30 минут пешком и 7 минут на тук-туке. Все соответствует фото и описанию.

Great stay! + The staff was amazing and accommodating. Its less then 10mins from the center but we didn't mind at all. Its nice and quiet, breakfast was good. Our family enjoyed our stay at Amatak and highly recommend it.

Superbe séjour à Siem Reap + Que dire à part que c'était vraiment super. Un très bel hôtel très bien tenu avec un personnel très agréable et souriant. Malgré un petit problème de réservation, ils ont su rebondir et nous proposer une solution parfaite. Concernant le logement, il était incroyable. Loved front staff. + Front office. Horng was helpful and polite. Ambience outside was pleasing. − The hotel is older, not as well kept. There was a distinct smell unsure if it was insect repellent or room freshener.
