+ Jaya Suites Hotel exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, modern, and very quiet—ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Room service was quick and delicious, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations. I loved the thoughtful amenities that made my stay extra comfortable, from the cozy bedding to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind in the evening. A truly memorable experience, and I will definitely be back!

Décevant ! + Le design − Avions réservé l’appartement pour notre famille, la veille nous recevons un message nous informant qu’il ne serait pas disponible mais en contrepartie on nous offrait un surclassement de 2 suites de 83 m2. Déception, mais le pire restait à venir. À notre arrivée, on nous apprend que nous n’aurons qu’une suite ! Notre deuxième chambre chambre ne nous convenait pas du tout, petite, pas lumineuse, une baignoire dans la chambre et j’en passe. Le manager nous informe que l’hôtel est plein et que nous n’avons pas d’autre choix ! Ce monsieur n’est pas à la hauteur de son poste, fuyant et menteur : nous sommes restés 4 jours et n’avons jamais croisé un client !!! Le bar « fantôme » dans lequel nous n’avons pas pu avoir du vin : le barman nous dit qu’il n’a pas le droit de nous en servir, du jamais vu ! Sur le toit terrasse, tout est sale, des fientes d’oiseaux sur les fauteuils et les tables, le jeune barman passe son temps sur son téléphone dans le restaurant à côté…

While the hotel itself was excellent, the checkout experience left a sour note. Being charged for minibar items we did n + We spent four nights at the Jaya Suites Hotel in Phnom Penh, and for the most part the experience was excellent. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. − On our last night, we checked out at 1 a.m. with a taxi waiting to take us to a sleeper bus to Siem Reap. The front desk had someone inspect the room and claimed we had consumed two bottles of water and two cans of Sprite from the minibar. To be clear, we did not touch the Sprite, and the only water we drank was clearly labeled as complimentary. Because our taxi was waiting, I paid the USD $10.35 charge rather than argue.

Dåligt hotell + Stort rum, välstädat. − Hårda sängar. Frukosten var inte god, smaklöst och fett, fanns inget nyttigt, ingen yoghurt. Personalen var inget trevliga. Personalen ifrågasatte när vi hade med egen dryck vid poolen och ville att vi skulle betala för något som vi inte hade beställt. Tråkig omgivning, fanns nästan inga restauranger i närheten. Fanns balkong men inga balkongmöbler. Aldrig mer detta hotell.

اقامة منتهى الروعة والجمال + افضل شي اعجبني ان جميع الموظفين بلى استثناء ودودين جدا ومحترمين جدا ومتعاونين لأبعد الحدود وأفضل شخصية قابلتها هي موظفة الاستقبال الانسانة الراقية المحترمة Hong boromey تعاملني كاني ابوها او احد أقاربها وتشعرني في عملها كان هذا الفندق ملك لها وبهمها كل شي يكون على ما يرام − بلعكس كل شي تمام
