Correcte si l’on ne parle pas de la piscine + L’accueil de la petite dame âgée, très sympa, très gentille qui parlait un peu français et qui nous a aidé à repartir pour prendre le bus, elle s’est permis de téléphoner en autre nom vraiment vraiment très gentille − Le petit déjeuner, il faut aimer le pain et l’omelette parce que c’est tout ce que vous aurez un bout de pain sec et une omelette. Voilà ce qui est servi tous les matins. Ensuite vous avez une bouilloire d’eau pour du café Yoyé en sachet et une bouilloire de thé, voilà mes amis si vous pensez avoir un buffet bien complet, ce n’est pas le cas L’accès à la piscine tu es obligé de passer chez eux après le grand couloir pour accéder à la piscine Les transats de piscine en plastique et mousse tout pourri, moisi tellement ils sont trempés, ils pèse chacun 150 kg On se croirait dans les Zac de Paris, avec des graffitis partout sur les murs et des coins abandonné autour de la piscine depuis la prise de Jérusalem.

Séjour agréable mais différent de ce qui est présenté + L'emplacement est idéal. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. − L'accueil laisse à désirer, la dame n'est vraiment pas souriante. Un homme du staff est en revanche adorable et discutera beaucoup avec vous, souriant et très disponible. La connexion Wi-Fi depuis la chambre est 0, jamais de connexion il fait descendre à la réception. Dans notre chambre, il y avait la clim, mais pas de télécommande car il fallait payer un supplément.. la piscine est propre mais son environnement plus insalubre (transat et coussins usés). Dernier point négatif : le petit déjeuner. Vraiment limite , choix entre omelette oeuf ou pain au beurre. En râlant un peu le premier jour, nous avons eu des fruits en plus mais de base c'était un extra. Merci à l'hôtel pour ce geste car juste une assiette de fruit améliore nettement le petit dej.

Great value hotel. Will stay again. + Great hotel for the price. Lovely clean rooms with everything you’ll need. Amazing pool. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants right next door. A very big thank you to Mr So , the hotel’s Tuk Tuk driver for his kind help. I can highly recommend him for all your transport needs. − I booked a room with fan only. I found the room to be quite hot in the evenings. You might want to consider an air conditioned room.

Horrible, incredibly rude stuff.. stay away lots of nice hotel is just round the corner. I paid for + Location − On arrival reception woman did not even look at me. Total ignored me till I spoke. No English. Not even a hello xin chow. So rude. Given room key. Very basic. No safe as abvertised. Staff were so rude I checked out the next day. Worst experience of a two month trip to Vietnam and Cambodia which was fantastic. I am averaging two nights per hotel over two months, and that was the worst hotel of a whole two month trip stay away lots of much nicer hotel is just round the corner

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel very close to everything you need. + The owner is a very friendly man, and when we requested a change from our 3rd floor room to a ground floor room, they changed it. This place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. There are 2 very good restaurants next door, and many other eateries nearby. It was quiet and very comfortable. It does not have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues request a ground floor room when booking.

+ Nice sized room and bath. Super clean. Great central location with lots of affordable restaurants around and the big new Supermarket Angkor Market 3. Even has a small swimming pool. The mattress had an extra foam topper which was a rare treat. The son who normally runs the place after 2pm was wonderful. He helped me obtain the govt form needed to extend my visa via a special app hotels must use for logging in tourist whereabouts. − Now the bad news. The morning staff spoke limited English. The front desk lady was thoughtful and helpful when prompted but not proactive . This is a family run guesthouse. The emphasis is cleaning the space not on interaction with guests. At times they were extremely unfriendly. The boss (mother) took my key when I checked out, refused to acknowledge me, smile, or thank me for my business. She didn't even look up from ber work.
