Excellent Boutique Hotel close to the Royal Palace + This hotel is located very close to the Royal Palace and not too far from Walking Street. It is off the main road, so is quiet and peaceful. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the room was excellent, and great value. We enjoyed the breakfast, a great selection of foods. − Nothing

Great stay - highly recommended!! + Large rooms -comfortable bed. Best breakfast we had in a 2 month stay in Cambodia. Really nice helpful staff. We stayed there twice we enjoyed it so much - 11 days in total. − Nothing

Argumentative staff at night + WiFi is ok stores nearby − Staff at night refused to control noisy guests above. It was impossible to sleep. I requested a room change at 11 pm. He said no rooms were available. But on booking.com rooms WERE available. I told.him this and he said nothing he could do because my room had 2 beds and the others had one 3. How smart is that? I insisted and we had a heated argument. Their other attached hotel heard it and their receptionist intervened and found me a different room. Very bad and unsettling experience indeed.

C’est bien situé et confortable pour dormir mais ne rester ni à la piscine ni au lobby. + Emplacement central entre wat Botum et palais royal/ rivière . Chambre deluxe spacieuse , lit confortable, avec balcon équipé de chaises. Grande penderie. Bon Petit déjeuner dans le lobby . − Le lobby joliment décoré mais étouffant car non climatisé, la piscine du rooftop avec 2 transats qui n’est qu’un petit bassin pour enfants , de 80 cm de profondeur ne permet pas de nager , et sert plus d’abreuvoir aux pigeons , bar abandonné. Une autre petite piscine de trouve dans le lobby de l’hôtel adjacent.

Quite misleading, reality is very different to the pictures. + The location is handy for Riverside. − The roof pool and bar were not in use and the water was green. The breakfast buffet as shown in the pictures was not available, with a poor substitute in place. There was no air conditioning in the main hotel restaurant and the AC in the rooms was not at all effective . The room rate on Booking. Com is misleading as the full walk in price is only $40 per night. The pictures online are either AI, manipulated or very old. The hotel is run down.

NICE LOCATION HOTEL ... PUT ME IN A BASIC ROOM AND CALLED IT AN UPGRADE + The hotel was recommended... THE LOCATION WASN'T BAD... NEAR THE SILVER TEMPLE, THE PARKS WERE NEARBY, THERE ARE COFFEE SHOPS AND RESTARANTS IN THIS AREA, − the room for me was basic... small and over in a corner away from everything... I had expected a good size room with amenities... it was BASIC
