Excellent stay, beautiful hotel, great location and wonderful staff. + Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a great location close to everything. Breakfast was also very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. − Nothing to mention. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

− При оплате ошибся датой заезда. Через 1 минуту связался с отелем, объяснил ситуацию. Деньги не вернули, я оплатил номер повторно на верную дату. Уже в отеле обратился к персоналу. Всем все равно. Некчемный, ничего не решающий персонал. По сути - воры!

+ Stayed only one night, rooftop cocktails were great and the breakfast was great. The pool looked amazing, wish we had time to use it! Location was also good for restaurants and bars etc.

Baitong can't be faulted. + Baitong is in a great location for exploring Phnom Penh with some great locations a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel was like an oasis after exploring in the heat and business of the streets. The forest pool was a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. Gym had enough equipment to get a good session in. Staff even fixed us a beautiful packed breakfast for an early checkout. Highly recommended. − Can't fault the Hotel and staff.

+ Nice design with lots of greenery. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. − The front desk staffs were not very friendly. The security guard and housekeeping staff were much friendlier and more welcoming. They offered a complimentary spa treatment, which was a nice touch, but the spa staff focused too much on selling additional services, which felt quite obvious and uncomfortable.

+ This was our favorite stay in Phnom Pehn. The room was very clean, the location was walkable to many restaurants or an easy tuk tuk to anywhere, and breakfast was outstanding. Really, stay here because of the beautiful pools. That was a highlight.
