Disappointing. Not 4 Stars + The room was clean and the staff were friendly − The constant noise of renovation The mattress was harder than the floor The breakfast choice was not western friendly. Eggs or baked beans. The bathroom was shocking. Rain shower does not work. The hand held shower is positioned to spray the toilet and vanity. No hot water at 2pm. The flimsy shower curtain does not do the job. It just sucks up onto your body. Not 4star value at all. We were charged for chilled water from the fridge. Warm room temperature water, free. Paying for water at a 4star hotel? Unacceptable. $10, $5, $1 not available. Only riels. Not acceptable when the ATM spits out $100 bills.

We like it! + The hotel was in a central location & very accessible to amenities. Staff are well presented, helpful & knowledgeable about everything. They are very courteous & eager to help any time without being obtrusive − When main streets get closed during the weekend because of the night market, hotel entrance gets blocked. Ongoing construction in the building also makes some parts of the hotel facilities uncomfortable
